The video is taken on the main road approaching the Autonomous University of Benjito Juarez de Oaxaca.

The introduction of the PFP (Federales) to Oaxaca has been a huge strategic blunder. They have now become the primary cause for the continuance of the disturbances and the reason the teachers have not gone back to the classrooms per their decision to do so a few days earlier.

The APPO has simply allowed the Federales to take their place in occupying the zocolo. Their presence will not restore order, and they are in danger of becoming surrounded by a hostile population.
