wow, that's a trigger...<br>Is there any relatively ok forum ? <br><br><!--EZCODE UNDERLINE START--><span style="text-decoration:underline">In Israel, only six months ago, the</span><!--EZCODE UNDERLINE END--> <!--EZCODE BOLD START--><strong><!--EZCODE UNDERLINE START--><span style="text-decoration:underline">first</span><!--EZCODE UNDERLINE END--></strong><!--EZCODE BOLD END--> MC forum/message board went up. It is sponsored by a very erstablished a reliable (too established) website/organization that does women's abuse violence etc. for years. This meant that nothing really important will happen there, but I still thought it could open up important space and deal with first "naming" stuff, that still does not have a name in Hebrew at all, and no awareness. <br>The "power that be" behind this forum decided to translate MC to something like "psychological capture", which I think already censures the deeper issues. In the first weeks people try to get into the real issues, of government programs, weird cults, satanism...but, the moderator kept pushing everything "scary" out, and referring everyone to a list of psychologists they all "market" in this website anyway. Worse than that. In the first few days, one person made an appearance, using a nick which is quite distinct. The same nick (and style) was active in a political radicat alternative website, and functioning there quite openly as a military right wing guy who made it business to "monitor" the left...so, when I saw this nick name, I posted a question if this is the same person from this and that political website. Eventually, the moderated protected HIM and said these kind of question are inappropriate...<br>eventually, we had six month of 4 ladies who post regularly in sex abuse victims, they are nice and all, but it had nothing to do with MC, it was just the usual bitching and schmoozing among women with bad experiences who want to mull it over. About a month ago, the moderator disappeared, and now the forum is official dead. <br>So, now, the first MC (sort of) forum is dead. Everyone can sigh with relief. OOOoooof.<br>Well, this is the web section, which is not bad, resource list and a few transated article from ENglish. But no forum for now.
