Sitchin is every bit as insane as Ickes is. I mean really, there's not the slightest shred of evidence for their insane theories.

Wind and solar are not "free" either. What about those downwind from a wind farm? Or those in the shadow of solar panels? The energy available from the wind is not infinte and harvesting that energy takes energy, capital and resources. If enough wind farms or ocean wave generators (dynamos that get energy from wave action) are used then you could affect the weather or the oceans' currents. Hardly "free".

Solar power, as vast as it is is not infinite either. Solar panels take up space and remove energy that could be used to heat our planet. Theoretically, a large enough solar array between us and the sun would cause grave consequences to us.

Nothing is free. Everything has a price and consequences.

I'd almost vote for Icke. At least he isn't a psychopath or a pedophile. His ideas are nutty but I think he at least has a good heart. He means well.

Cheney doesn't mean well. He's evil, pure and simple.

The interesting thinf about Gardiners high spin thing is that it reminds me of the Mckenna brothers, and collapsing electron standing waves using vocal sound to cause harmaline to bond to DNA.

I'll have to re check the details.

The thing about cutting down trees for wood, is that you have to be planting more at the same time and managing your forest resource.

Over half the people in this part of the world have solar panels. On their roofs, where is the shadow from that.

Windf farms do have their issues.

One of the biggest dodgy aspects of solar panels is how you nake them.

I'd be screaming it from every podium I could find and wouldn't give a damn about the money. But Ickes does give a damn about the money and that fact alone should be conclusive. It is for me.

I'm sorry if this upsets you or if you think I am attacking you. I'm not. We can't live without one.

One of the traumas of the past half dozen years has been that whole chunks of my model stopped making sense to me. A lot of other people feel that way too. Since then I've been trying to put things together again but it's clear to me that they ain't going back the way they were before.

That is a kind of trauma and you go through a grieving process too. So I am slowly piecing my model together but one of the things I don't accept is that 11ft tall reptillian. But David does, he swallows that story whole and without question. I won't.

Its prettyw hard to take Icke seriously for precisely the reasons you mention bvonahsen.

Sitchin too, ot Laurence Gardiner for that matter.

As someone on the blog pointed out Gardiner is a disinfo agent, whether he believes his own bullshit is another matter.

Someone on the blog also mentioned that Icke's worldview could well be the result of someone who failed to integrate his ayahuasca experiences. That makes more sense to me.

Either that or he's being deliberately metaphorical, in an effort to co opt the whorship scene.

I know someone who knew Bagwan Ranjeesh really well, apparantly. he said he could see right through him and that ranjeesh not only appreciated that but let him on the scam. Immediately.

Which was "what will it take for you idiots to think for yourselves." At what point will you realise GURU means Gargabe unlimited rubbish unlimited. And grow the fuck up.

or words to that effect.

I know other people that still worship Ranjeesh. Sheesh.

The thought of Ickeyanity makes me feel, well... ickey. urgggh

Quote:
I believe in a world that is more wonderful and mysterious than David Ickes tired fairy stories.
