So far as I can see that Pincus/Allen article fulfills ALL the requirements of the Morison precedent. Everything "confirmed" by those two "Bush administration officials" was classified information of much more gravity than the photographs provided to Jane's Defence. The brewster-Jennings name was new information found nowhere else in the public domain.
