A question

Does anyone have any indication that Fitz has, will, or is making plans to, empanel a new Grand Jury? This would be irrefutable proof that he is continuing his investigation, yet I have heard nothing. Any tidbit would be helpful.

Something is coming out at RawStory.com soon. Not sure if it will answer your question, but it may shed some light.

as i understand it, he doesn't have to empanel a grand jury. there is always one "ready-to-go", so to speak, and available to him. since he has said the investigation continues, i guess i assumed he was already working with one.
