It is a compelling idea and an interesting graphic, but I have serious doubt as the the veracity of such a shotgun approach. For example, the disparity between Vitamins A and D and the lack of acknowledgment of the differences between the synthetic and natural forms of such, AND the inability of the graph makers (or readers) to comprehend the emerging sciences about their needing to be consumed together for optimum safety and utilization.
Besides, there are various reliable and easy-to-implement ways to individualize a supplement approach so as to figure out if you are one of the 90% that may benefit from one particular supplement, or perhaps among the 20 percent that may benefit from some other herb or pill or drop. Approaches like this one here do not help develop this understanding and practice of bio-individuality in regards to supplementation OR dietary nutrition.
