Lance probably does have some very interesting stuff to say in his book, and some of it is probably quite true. What you always have to be careful about is a journalist taking a real set of facts and drawing a specious conclusion from them. Lance is a sort of Real-Time-with-Bill-Maher-approved-limited-hangout dissent, which isn't really serious criticism at all:<br><br>(This is about another one of his books, 1000 years for revenge)<br><br><!--EZCODE QUOTE START--><blockquote><strong><em>Quote:</em></strong><hr>The book features a detailed color timeline which clearly connects the dots between the events which led up to 9/11. When talking about the intelligence community's failure to follow active leads after the arrest and conviction of World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Yousef, Vice President Cheney stated: "But the case was not closed. The leads were not successfully followed. The dots were not adequately connected. (Wow! Even Cheney maybe right afterall, guys. The threat is even worse than we thought.
