Even if a plane crash is sometimes (usually) just a plane crash, it's worth noticing the response. There are freakin' fighter jets buzzing several cities right now. For what? True. But I don't think the response is unusual. As NYC was the main focus of 9/11, I would be surprised if there wasn't a plan for scrambling fighter jets in the event of a plane crashing into a building.<br><br>But fighter jets in "several cities" is discocerting. I completely agree -- sometimes the response is more telling than the event. <p></p><i></i>

I'm not really seeing any conspiracy evidence here, except for the fun numerological significance. I'm never flying on an 11th, 22nd, or any other double digit date again if possible. Good thing I almost never fly in the first place.<br><br>I could see the passport bit being made up and inserted into news stories to legitimize the "find" of Atta's passport. <p></p><i></i>
