He was at some city campaign stop and kissed a 3 year-old African-American girl on the mouth. It was caught on film in the paper (The Philadelphia Inquirer July 1, 1999) and I remember being so sickened, I kept the newsclipping just for the 'WTF is that?' factor. Wow, it's funny how different people see different things. Sorry, but that's no harmless peck, it's like a 12 on the Creep-O-Meter. The way he's holding her hand and the way he's kissing her mouth?! Who'd he get that technique from Michael Aquino? Totally inappropriate in my book and maybe I'm old school, but no adult should be kissing any child on the mouth. Especially if the child's not even yours. Putin's even worse... what was going on in his head to make him think this was acceptable? hm, connecting all these child kissing moments of the top-leaders is interesting. Its like theyre using the media to send messages, somehow. Only what do they mean? And to whom are they sending them? <p></p><i></i>

An anecdote about Putin. <br><br>A friend of mind was in attendance at a stopover meeting between Putin, NATO officials and UN officials in Kosovo in 2001 or 2002 (don't recall exactly). Putin arrived at Pristina airport, and due to security the meeting was held nearby, at an old school in a Serbian (friendly to Russia) enclave. <br><br>In a classroom, Putin asserted himself at the head of the class, in the teacher's desk. Everyone else - NATO/KFOR generals, the UN chief of mission, foreign diplomats, OSCE chief, aides, etc. - crammed themselves into (undersized) children's desks. No joke. Old KGB trick? Putin then commenced the meeting and with stern, steely eyes, lectured all in attendance about the nasty situation in Kosovo. <br><br>No tummy pecking was reported, but you never know... <p></p><i></i>

dunno - to my mind, thats too much of a public display for it to be just those old codgers getting their rocks off - theyre doing it publicly on purpose, smells vaguely of something, some message they transmit to one another for some reason. Weirdness i cant put my finger on...if putin wanted to fuck a boy, why do it that much in the open? Why not just give a quiet murmer to his security dudes to pick the kid up quietly after the speech instead of making a big display of it like that? I dunno... it doesnt look like a display of power to me, it looks more like something else... a display fer sher, but of what? <p></p><i></i>
