<!--EZCODE LINK START--><a href="http://www.cphpost.dk/get/97921.html" target="top">TV porn photo sting nabs paedophile hunter</a><!--EZCODE LINK END--><br><!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><em>A prominent child pornography hunter is lured into revealing his own dirty secrets </em><!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> <br>14.09.2006<br>The Copenhagen Post<br> <br>One of the nation's leading anti-child pornography experts was himself revealed to be a child sex predator in a TV2 documentary aired last week. <br><br>Rudy Frederiksen, formerly employed by Ringkøbing County to inform parents about the dangers their children faced in internet chat rooms, was caught on hidden camera by the investigative team of TV2's popular 'Operation X'.<br><br>The programme televised scenes of Frederiksen repeatedly expressing his lust for young girls, boasting that his activities were 'completely paradoxical' and that he himself 'likes to exploit the cuties'. He has since turned himself in to Herning police.<br><br>'To judge by what we've seen on TV, we're going to charge him. He has taken photos of girls naked under the age of 18 and he's distributed those pictures,' detective inspector Ole Henriksen said.<br><br>Frederiksen was led into the trap by a photographer hired by TV2 to pose as a fellow pornographer. Frederiksen was soon sending the photographer films depicting young girls naked and performing sexual acts - some with Frederiksen himself.<br><br>Frederiksen allegedly lured the girls by promising them modelling careers or cash. Some of the girls violated are thought to be only 15 years old.<br><br>The investigation by TV2 had been underway for some time, and Frederiksen realised his secret was out before he handed in his resignation to the Ringkøbing County office three weeks ago.<br><br>He was frequently cited in the media as an expert in child pornography and internet chat issues. He was described by his employers and colleagues as likeable and skilled at his job.<br><br>Frederiksen will likely face other charges as well.
