No, I didn't make that headline up!<br> <br><!--EZCODE LINK START--><a href="http://www.heraldsun.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,5478,19292344%255E2862,00.html" target="top">Plan to monitor sex-fiend witch</a><!--EZCODE LINK END--><br><br> A MALE witch who turned teenage girls into sex slaves will be tracked by Victorian authorities for five years after he is released from jail.<br> <br>Robin Fletcher, 49, has been in jail since 1996 for prostituting a child and sexual penetration and indecent acts against a child aged under 16. <br><br>Fletcher used hypnotism and mind-altering techniques to entice two 15-year-old girls into prostitution, sado-masochism and black magic, his trial was told. <br><br>He is due for release on June 12. <br><br>Fletcher consented in the Victorian Supreme Court today to a Department of Justice application for a five-year extended supervision order under the recently introduced Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring Act.<br><br>The order will allow the parole board to decide where Fletcher lives, restrict his movements and require him to undergo rehabilitation.<br><br>Justice Bill Gillard agreed Fletcher was at a high risk of committing similar offences if released unsupervised.<br><br>The Serious Sex Offenders Act allows for sex offenders to be monitored for up to 15 years after release from jail, and was first used against serial child sex offender "Mr Baldy", Brian Keith Jones.<br><br>Justice Gillard will issue an order outlining the specific conditions of Fletcher's supervision later. – AAP <p></p><i></i>
