gdn01..why is it a scam?

You don't find it odd that the site includes "r-rated" music videos in the "members only" section? That seems like a normal way to have an expose on the porn business to you? You don't find the misrepresentation of the material in the video to be concerning? You don't find her absolute defensiveness at even putting a trigger warning on this site to be of concern?

I really thought, given your own background, that you would be with me on this one. However, if you are willing to plunk down 7 bucks (which I guess I'm going to have to do) and check the "members only" section, I think you'll find in that FOUR AND A HALF HOURS of material enough evidence that this is the presentation of outside the law porn disguised as an expose.

Maybe I'm just losing it. If someone with your background doesn't see this as clearly as I do...I don't know what to think.

A clear and obvious scam

Postby professorpan » Mon Oct 17, 2005 4:24 pm

I hadn't actually watched the video before today. I wish I had before I commented earlier.

Let's do a thinking excercise:

Say you want to sell some hardcore, sensationalistic content. You've got plenty of it banked away -- a huge library of it, in fact, since you traffic in this type of material. But you're also geting worried about the FBI interest in hardcore S/M and other naughtiness on the Web.

You put up a website -- with choice cuts from your catalog available as a SHOCKING FREE DOWNLOAD! This "expose" is actually a commercial for the "full download" (i.e. $6.95 membership for 3-days worth of porn) -- nothing more.

You also offer a soon-to-come DVD.

As others have noted, the dead giveaways that this is nothing but exploitation are:

* The over-the-top sensationalistic marketing.

* The keywords on the main page to increase hits for those looking for specific types of porn.

* The Shockwave format, high-production value design (and high-annoyance) of the site. Why a robot Flash movie for a supposed serious documentary?

* The appropriation of others' material (Project Willow's and imagery from the deathandhell.com site)

* The "membership" option (used on virtually every pay porn site).

* The promise of more edgy scatological and abusive footage -- for more $$$.

* The warning before entering the site that makes no mention of scatologial and coprophagic material, body fluids, and physical and mental abuse. Also abuse of animals.

* The way "Moonshine" (aka zexfxproductions@aol.com) is clearly on a viral marketing campaign, posting on sites as varied as vegan boards and other indymedia sites in particular.

So what's a clever marketer to do to increase hits/downloads/subscriptions? Take your nastiest, ugliest, most cruel videos and wrap them in a "documentary" format. Google sites about mind control, sexual abuse, and the like, and begin a viral marketing campaign posting to them (i.e. "I'm a victim of this stuff out to expose it... come watch hours of it for only $6.95!!!).

It's not a documentary -- it's a marketing scam and a hoax to sell slimy content. Period.

I wonder how many kids are out there this very minute watching that shit and passing it around to their friends.

I'm still researching "Moonshine" and the site owners, but I've already found a porn star "Mitchell Blake" with same postal address that is registered to xxxexpose.com's address (apparently an office park in L.A.)

Also, check out on of their postings on cvilleindymedia.org:

cvilleindymedia.org/newsw...ry_id=1911

And look at the comments section:

--

great job!!!!
by doug Thursday, Oct 6 2005, 12:50am

its amazing in this day an age that this kind of
stuff can go on!!!!! i saw the 30 mins and then signed up! this movie will blow your mind

and:

intense
by syn Thursday, Oct 6 2005, 3:51am

excellent movie, i think vegans will enjoy the parallels between the girls and the animals,i highly reccomend

--

No chance those are comments ginned up by Moonshine, nosireeee...

A stinking hunk of shit. I had a comment up here, but it led to an "adult content" website. I don't want to sow any confusion here that might lead readers off of the specific topic that is being discussed.

So I deleted it.

Edited by: robertdreed at: 10/17/05 3:31 pm

Scam

Postby Col Quisp » Mon Oct 17, 2005 6:31 pm

I felt from the beginning that this was a scam. To anyone who paid for the "uncensored" version of the trash, please, please check your bank statements to make sure you are not charged a continuing fee for access to their porn site.

I speak from experience. About six years ago, a former fiance used my credit card to look at some porn and I kept getting charges each month from some outfit I'd never heard of. After a bit of research I found out it was a porno site. The "fiance" was stealing from me in other ways so I filed a criminal complaint against him after I booted him out. So, just be careful if you did give xxxexpose.com any money.

WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??

Postby glittergothnyaolcom » Mon Oct 17, 2005 9:28 pm

Obviously it is priority #1 for you to discredit me....I am not sure why or how I have incited this much anger and hatred from a person whom I have never met?
It is quite inconsiderate putting my personal information on a public message board seeing as the great risk I am taking exposing these people and the possiblity of my self and my partner being in danger.

The person on the account is my parter of 3 years and my great love, without who I would have never been able to heal from this and had the strength to put this out.

As far as the account goes, I changed the name that it is under to my own.....BTW, how do you do that search?....I think that this is knowledge that most NORMAL people do not have access to...you seem to know an awful lot about searching admins on people and seem to have an unlimited amount of time for a person that has NO JOB and "is broke" and has a supposed wife with DID in which case you should be caring for her and not spending every minute of your day coming up with new ways to discredit me? Unless YOU are getting paid to do so?

I think that the people (if there are any real people on this board other than plants) will also find these facts a little strange, this is apparently a major agenda for you that you would risk your entire credability on the board simply for the chance of burying my film.

I think that anyone who reads these posts is going to think twice about you and your motives from here on!
Anyways, I had said that my previous post would be my last, but since the plants seem to be trying to pull out all the stops on trashing my work and calling it a fraud, I thought I would change the domain info over from my partner's to my own just in case you may want to use that against me as well.

I am going to try and not look at this board again, it has been EXTREMELY PAINFUL to see these kinds of heartless comments and also to see very little compassion for the women who have been so badly abused and were strong enough to speak out.
Please go to the site and make up YOU OWN MIND
www.xxxexpose.com
Thank you
Moonshine

Yes, I recommend the r-rated music videos. They really add to the discussion. I think it should be standard that on all vidoes exposing the evils of mind control, there should be r-rated music videos.

Come to think of it, they should have strippers at the conventions, too. Hell, the Shriners do it.

When I said you were a fraud I WAS being nice. Because the alternative is that you are intentionally trying to lure people to this website in order to set off destructive internal dialogues. This means hospital stays and suicide attempts.

A "whois search" is not something most people can do? No, a whois is easy. Google "whois query" for dozens of sites. What's HARD is sophisticated flash animation such as on your site.

You are either very sick or a victim of mind control yourself still under active control. Any moron can go to the content download portion and see what's going on. And your "disclaimer" is an outright lie. Your site is a lie and everything you say is a lie.

Quote:
The content on this site is mature in nature and contains explicit language,
nudity and graphic violence (similar to that of a R. RATED movie). You must be 18 and over or
accompanied by a parent/legal guardian to enter.

This is not an adult site and contains "no actual sex" as described in USC 2256 (absolutely none of
the following>: genital to gential contact, oral to genital contact, masturbation or extended
sadomasochist filmed activity).

There is no illegal content, only legal simulated dramatizations and all performers were over the
age of 18 (with proof on file) at the time of filming.

I count seven lies in that disclaimer alone. Or doesn't the EXTENDED and EXPLICIT material from "facialabuse.com" count as oral to genital contact?

If you want to publish videos of this stuff...that's your right within whatever the laws allow. But don't go pretending to be exposing evil when you are simply looking for $$$. Members site. R-rated music videos. Seriously, you think people are THAT stupid?

Good Idea, PP. And I hope that PW will consider pursuing legal action against them for appropriating her art work and infringing on copyrights. Scummy scammers.

the prom committee requests that Jeff, if it is computerly possible, go back to the start of this thread and create a very first post to inform readers that they should strongly consider reading the last posts, first.

we do not call for the whole thing to be erased, as we see a lesson can indeed be taken from this thread.

anyone who thought we were ever going to become convinced that we had to stick our head into a vile and damaging toilet/sewer in order to become informed about a hideous badness so we would help oppose it, was always sadly deluded. we are not as think as you dumb we are.

but others may not be so sophisticated as our committee is. we don't like to suggest to Jeff what he should do, but we think a chance to protect the innocent should not be missed.

the method alone convicts the motive here.
