There isn't a date. It's a just an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper in her handwriting. She was jotting down all sorts of weird stuff during her "discoveries." Sounds like this one was something she wrote down after waking or it was a piece of memory that came back to her in a dream-like way. Either way, it's not a "rehearsed" or "coerced" piece of writing. It's Susan trying to figure out why she couldn't remember her childhood, an increasingly common phenomenon among female survivors of sexual abuse.

Have you turned this over to your brother?

I'm tempted to advise you to stop talking about the details of this case in such a forum as this because you never know who's reading and how it might be used at trial. Some of the things you've posted here could be taken out of context and twisted. You have not yet testified, right? However, you have been getting some good advice here, so I'm not being critical, just advising that you use caution. I'm a lawyer so when I see all these details in a case that's so explosive, it makes me squirm uncomfortably.

Good luck to you!

I hear you. Yes, Richard has the note. He sent it to me. I agree about caution. It's just been frustrating for me watching this thing go down and the way the newspapers are reporting everything as if Richard's guilt has already been established.

Big newspapers have CIA in them. CIA=ritual abuse.

Don't expect anything more from LA Times, NYT, WPost, or the smaller papers which follow their lead than denial of ritual abuse to hide the CIA's darkest experiments with abuse such as MK-Ultra, Monarch, Bluebird because CIA got into all the big media post-WWII in what was called Operation Mockingbird.

Even if the bad coverage isn't intentional, journalistic ignorance of darker possibilities and subsequent focus on obvious 'lone gunmen' solitary suspects can result from decades of suppressing reporting on CIA abuses much the way the Mafia flourished under Hoover's public denial..

When Gary Webb documented the CIA-cocaine-IranContra connection at the San Jose Mercury News he was professionally hounded out of the business by those flagship papers to cover the CIA's butt.

Take this as a warning of what to expect:
The LA Times just carried a 10/30/05 story of a ritual abuse victim recanting his testimony in the infamous Aquino/McMartin pre-school case. You've truly got something there, WC.

No way the "I lied" story wasn't timed specifically to set up a vibe of skepticism. The guy is possibly one of them now, like the Finders reporter. And the author, well...with the recent Paidika discoveries, anyone who belongs to a child abuse/recovered memory skeptic organization is in my eyes a child predator/ritual abuser by default.

Michael Ricononsciuto informed Richard Hamlin that he called Gary Webb and asked him to look back into the Cabazon case and dig up what he could on Sid Siemer. A couple of days later Webb was found with two guns woulds to the head from a supposed suicide.

Sid Siemer has now left his job and fled to Oregon to avoid being called in as a witness in the Hamlin trial.

That sounds promising. So much for "we want to do everything we can to help." But how does leaving the state keep him from testifiying? Don't subpoenas cross state lines?

Siemer is fleeing = he's guilty, guilty, guilty.
Should we go after him? Hound him like Richard did?

This could mean that charges may get dropped. If Sid isn't around to keep the pressure on Susan, maybe she won't be able to go through with testifying and the prosecutors will give up. They may want an excuse to give up anyway as who wants to deal with this can of worms?
