The first story is of a homicide investigation in Oakland, Ca.: a guy named Stefansen (sp?) is apparently held/charged with torturing a woman named Lamb.<br><br>In the first clip I saw, the police reported on the basement 'torture chamber' in Stefansen's house saying that it must have been horrific for the Lamb, because 4 seasoned police officers entering the basement were found themselves huddling together, and a little freaked out--"Silence of the Lambs" is was referred to. <br><br>They say they found her blood, and also that of two other women.
