Heyia DBD-- Here's a few more links below:

I agree, suspect the Saddam trial is little more than a put-up job for psyop PR, like the trials against Milosevic and Noriega. The inescapable fact is the US was arming both Iran and Iraq in their war, and officials not only provided Saddam with the opportunity, contacts, credit, cover and means to acquire prohibited weapons materials and armaments, but the CIA concluded the Kurdish gassing was either an accident of war or done by Iranian forces (the deaths indicated Iranian nerve agent compounds, as I recall).

Considering the one-million civilian deaths (half of them children) attributed to the US's imposition of brutal economic sanctions, and the est. 100,000 to 130,000 resulting from the US's criminal warcrime invasion and occupation, it seems the Saddam trial is a type of expiation and deflection of much worse crimes by US officials (many, like Cheney and Rumsfeld and Ledeen that extend to the Gulf War as well as currently).

Are you familiar with reports that Saddam's wife is reported to have claimed the Saddam in US/Iraq detention is NOT her husband? Apparently, she was never granted a repeat visit.

Very odd to say the least.
Starman
******

bitterfact.tripod.com/ira...fraud.html
Saddam's capture is a fraud -- Analysis of photo manipulation evaluation

www.thememoryhole.org/war...ficial.htm
Unofficial alleged photos of Saddam's 'capture'

physics911.net/faketerror.htm
How to Fake a Terrorist Campaign -- Section on Saddam Photo irregularities

www.smh.com.au/articles/2...03092.html
"... before and after (beard removal?) picture of Saddam Hussein, caption says "Photos of Saddam Hussein after his capture shown during a press conference in Baghdad."
Clearly it is nothing of the kind.
