Just returned from the local demonstration to commemorate and protest land confiscations from Arab residents of israel. This is an annual event called here Yom El Ard. THe turnout was low, but vocal. the usual signs, a few yuppies who can afford the risk. ratio of two video cams to one demonstrator...<br>the bigger events were elsewhere, according to the news. <br>i felt that this should become a universal day, for all dispossessed and displaced people. <p></p><i></i>
