I've had that problem. I used to be known as thumper <p></p><i></i>

I mentioned it, Qutb, cause I am actually in the process of kicking the smoke habit these days. It is HARD!!!...So, I am more lenient on other addictions right now. can't beat them all at once. I also had to quit coffee (cause how can I drink coffee and NOT SMOKE ??), so I am having a rough time now.<br>--<br>Kicking a habit is always hard and usually in the first few weeks, another addiction introduces itself as compensation.<br><!--EZCODE EMOTICON START |I --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/tired.gif ALT="|I"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> <br>So I am not going to be too hard on myself, re writing here, especially since the cleansing from tobacco and coffee is bringing up DEMONS that seek expression.
