Power to The Board

Postby 4911 » Thu Jul 20, 2006 8:47 pm

This has got to be one of the most interesting, question-sizzling, open your head type of places Ive ever been to. If I had a glass of hundred dollar french champagne in my hand, I would raise it to all of you, regardless of whether I think youre full of shit, mentally instable, fucked up and schizonautical, or just thirsting for truth about what the living jesus-and-mary-jumping-on-a-pogostick or not is going on on this twisted circusride of a planet and in this wierd rollercoaster life we are all living in and going through circling around a strange ball of fire on the outskirts of a kajillion nameless balls of nuclear combustion set into a mindbendingly vast sea of socalled emptiness we call a galaxy...fuckn cheers, motherfuckers!

Right On

Postby JD » Thu Jul 20, 2006 8:58 pm

So true - I can't count the times I've been awed by awesome things or howled at incredibly dumb things on this board. I don't say to critique instead just enjoy putting up interesting links and seeing if people might have answers to questions I have.

Quite a collection of folks contributing; one thing I can count on is it is always interesting!

I mean, it doesnt matter that what we consider as "us" are an uncountable huge bunch of charged subatomic particles of flying on-off-on-off-on-off-on pieces of energy that we cant really define circling in elliptic orbits around an uncountable amount of nucleii that we cant really explain either but which form our being in ways that we have no solid clues of anyhow, intermingling with the on-off-on-offness of everything else - the kitchen sink, the trees, the clouds - which we dont have a solid clue of either as we try to make sense of it all and tell ourselves we really know how things are in the face of the insurmountable weirdness of the neverending whirlpool of ungraspable fact that we nevertheless appear to begin to grok as we attempt to make sense of things around us. Hats off.

I could go on, but it might get a bit strange to some. Including me.

There is no state of "IS". Being is a trancendental situation. Aristoteles has fucked us all. There is no future or past, there is not even a now- nothing IS, yet we all ARE, regardless of that. Nobody can tell you with definite truth that something "exists" - we are all in flux - the state of being is a state of flowing - there is only the flow. And as sure as I tell you that, so sure is it that I am talking loads of crap. I dont know, and neither dost thou. Fuck knowledge.

4911, we are all made of the same stuff, yup.

yea, this the best forum there is. somehow we've managed to defend this forum against the increasing igorance we all face today (but at the same time as this ignorance increases so do the truth seeking numbers swell too.)

i wish more people could enoy this space.

and i think more will..

as each day passes i am more convinced the truth will win out, in the end. despite the 'crisis in the middle east'...the manufactured crisis. always REMEMBER! remember its just a part of the journey. future peoples will look back at this time and shake their heads in disbelief at how easily manipulated we were. but they'll understand it was just a product of the times we lived in. it was a time of mass ignorance and mass deception. who the hell could know, who could make heads or tails of what was really going on except a very few smart few, beyond the controllers of power. and who knows maybe there will be a backup of the internet and they'll find rigorous intuition and be amazed.

jeff is right about that idea of the monotony of evil, they try to make it seem so common, so pervasive and make it feel like the end is inevitable. as the 'crisis' grows and consumes more bodies and minds, they want us to cower in fear, embrace our self destruction and let them win.

..a few weeks ago i was questiong whats the fucking point of resisting anymore? i forgot that the tinyest of resistence in any form DOES have power. by my resisting to watch reality tv shows or consume fast food or live my life to its fullest potential, its making this world a better place. if everyone starting thinking positive the machine would self destruct.
___________________________________________
"BUSHCO aren't incompetent...they are COMPLICIT." -Me

"Speaking the Truth in times of universal deceit is a revolutionary act" -George Orwell
