"OMG! KBR is going to build detention centers for us all!"<br> <br>Well, yes, but not the way you ordinarily consider concentration camps. One little contract for a few million might get one camp built, but where are they going to put the rest of us?<br> <br>Before everyone panics and begins to lose sphincter control over this one news item, it is important to remember just how little you can buy with 385 million, +/-. Exact figure is not important. You might get one prison built. Keep in mind that in the United States, building one more prison is not that big of a deal. We have a higher per capita prison population than even the most repressive of the Eastern Bloc Soviet nations in the Cold War era. Prisons are everywhere. Sometimes euphamistically referred to as 'detention centers', as the private prisons are down in Florence and Eloy, Arizona. The sign on the entrance says 'detention center'. I have been inside. That is a prison. But 'detention center' and 'concentration camp' are interchangeable terms, at least for those who are wanting us all to believe in certain scenarios and certain outcomes. "They're gonna lock us all up!!"<br> <br> <br>Well, yeah, they are. But not like they did the Japanese Americans in WWII, or the folks in the German concentration camps. You won't see fences and guards and all the trappings of a prison as we know it. Not to say that there are not and will not be such things as "concentration camps", or "detention centers". They already exist, and the plans are in place to expand on that idea.<br> <br>To understand what is happening as this thing unfolds, one has to understand what the planned result is. The planned result, the ultimate goal, is population reduction. Drastic population reduction, world wide. The plan was to have this all been done by now. World population was to have been reduced to a more manageable [from their perspective] half a billion people. An ambitious program! And that is the root cause and motivation for all the wars and genocidal acts that they have perpetrated on the people and nations of the world.<br> <br>The other thing that one needs to understand is that the real rulers of the world live on and thrive on human energy, especially the energy of fear. It is their food source and the source of their power. That is why they do human and animal sacrifice. And sometimes it is done on a grand scale, as it was with Hurricane Katrina. Loosh is the name for that energy.<br> <br>Maybe it would be helpful at this point to do a short tutorial on energy. When you eat something, it is the energy in the food that your body consumes. It isn't a process of combustion, as when you throw a log on the fire. That's why that peanut butter sandwich is not consumed, but merely transformed. It changes to a different state of matter, whereas in the case of the log on the fire, all that is left is a small amount of ash. So when you burn incense, and call in the nature spirits, a similar thing happens. It is the energy of the incense that the nature spirits respond to. The smoke is not 'consumed'.<br> <br>So when an animal or a human, or as in the Katrina event a whole population group is subjected to hardship and uncertainty, death and terror, the rulers of the world feed on that energy. Did you notice how many times old Dubya had to fly down to that area to suck it up? He HAD to fly down there, because I put a containment field over the area that made it impossible for them to feed off of it remotely. But that's another story.<br> <br>O.K. So now we understand energy and how fear and terror and just plain anxiety feeds these evil creatures. Next thing to understand is that this is not a monolithic group. There is a hierarchy, and a caste system, and groups within groups and conspiracies within conspiracies. The ones at the top of the heap order that certain groups be targeted in various ways. The ones at the lower levels of the power structure are ready to comply because it generates income and power and prestige for them. That's on top of the energy feed that they get from the terror that was generated. That's why KBR is willing and ready to build 'detention centers', as many as you want. It makes money for them.<br> <br>Elsewhere there are people, some complicit and some not, who are spreading the idea that we are all going to be put into these detention centers. And indeed, the Executive Orders and other legalisms are available to cause the internment of any number of people that they decide to incarcerate for whatever reason. But it won't work out as simply and directly as it did when the SS came and knocked on peoples' doors in the middle of the night. That idea won't fly here in the USA. For one thing, we are just not accustomed to an authoritarian government, although we've had one since Mr.Lincoln was elected. But until now, the iron fist was hidden inside the velvet glove. And for another reason: they have not succeeded in confiscating our weapons.<br> <br>So, how will they reduce the population? And what about these interment camps? And what about this spooky place that bamabecky saw in Alabama? And what about Rex 84? And what about the __________ [fill in the blank here. I've heard German, Chinese, and Russian troops] massed on our borders or in underground bases?<br> <br>Becky, not everything you see with a government fence around it is a concentration camp. Area 51 has a fence around it, and Wackenhut types who will shoot you if you cross it. But it is not a concentration camp. What you saw in Alabama may have been one more spook hideout, where stuff like UFOs and aliens meet with the military. Could have been the entrance to an underground base. They could be hiding nuclear waste or advanced weapons inside there. Or it could be just a training ground for infantry. Remember, there are folks who feed off that kind of anxiety, and there are those who help move that anxiety through the masses. Stop feeding them, Becky.<br> <br><br>Population reduction? The plan has been in effect for years. Wars didn't get it done fast enough, so now they have biological and chemical weapons that they use on us. AIDS came from Ft.Detrick, Maryland. Chemicals and biologicals are coming out of airborne spray nozzles daily. And how many people do you know who can survive a week without something from the drug store? Can you?<br> <br><br>Vaccinations are part of the population reduction plan. Vaccinations and over-the-counter prescriptions. These items put receptors into your brain that allow others to induce disease and aberrant behaviour through the "cell phone" tower frequencies or be sent as subliminals over the airwaves into your TV or radio. The bird flu scare is there to generate fear and anxiety as a food source, and government contracts for vaccines as a revenue source. And then, when the vaccination has sickened you enough to get you to the hospital, they suck up more of your energy and money until there's nothing left, and you die.<br> <br>"Get the room ready for the next patient, nurse."<br> <br>The tried the same trick with SARS a few years ago. Remember that? Us here, and a few people in other places, stopped it in its tracks. But that was the plan. Get enough people sick to allow them to impose a quarantine. They'll pick a city where they know that they can pull it off easily on their first try. They'll announce, whether it is true or not, that the population has been infected with bird flu. And we must quarantine the area. No one gets in. No one gets out.<br> <br>And there's your concentration camp, right there. KBR won't have to build it. But you can bet that Wackenhut and the other mercenary groups will police it. And this will fly. The can sell this to the American people. Besides, it is only one little country town in Texas. It'll be O.K. The government has everything under control. They're helping us. And we'll all line up for bird flu vaccines, because the legislation has already been done to make it mandatory. And we'll all get sicker.<br> <br>Did anyone out there pick up on President Bush's declaration given soon after the cleanup began from Hurricane Katrina? I only heard it once, and then they got really quiet about it. But the essence of the plan was to turn the whole Gulf Coast into one large "enterprise zone", where labor laws were not applicable. In short, they were bringing off-shore manufacturing home. We'll be our own outsourcing service now. Just like they do in China. This was part of the plan to "rebuild" the Gulf Coast and provide "jobs" for all the displaced citizens. They used a lot of buzz words, and they still do.<br> <br>And does anyone know the fate of those "detainees" in Utah? The ones that were taken out of the hurricane affected area and sent to a camp in Utah. There was talk about providing "jobs" for them, too. Another company town, just like the mines used to have. This time, the "company" would be the government.<br> <br>What else? How about another "terrorist" attack? For sure, they have planned them. Detroit on Chinese New Year weekend, and another incident that was timed for just this past weekend to coincide with the full moon were two of the most recent events planned. Why? Not only will it kill a lot of people, but if the explosion is nuclear, you can quarantine the whole town. Even if it isn't nuclear, they would still seal the whole town off. We stopped both of those, but they are still planning for more.<br> <br>Left unchecked, there would be 'terrorist' events and 'natural' disasters enough to bring the country to its knees. And they can do this. They generate and enhance hurricanes. They can cause earthquakes and massive weather changes. Even as I write this, a cold front is on its way to kill off the winter vegetable crop in Florida. This will raise prices, and put money in the pocket of speculators. And will also cause the ruin of some of the farmers. But that's o.k.! We can take over their farms and sell them off to another outfit, and generate even more money! What a plan! And those who have to choose between eating and paying rent, well; they'll just have to choose. And we'll suck up all that delicious loosh. This is how they think.<br> <br>Droughts that cause water and food shortages could be made severe enough to cause mandatory evacuation and maybe even food rationing. And if the currency collapses, and we can't borrow enough to buy our food any more, that is what may happen. The United States, when I was in school in the 50s, was self-sufficient in everything except for coffee and vanadium. Maybe a couple of other items. We were a net exporter of food. Now, we are a net importer, and we manufacture very little of what we consume. If the Chinese and other governments don't buy our IOUs, then we're sunk.<br> <br>This is the way it will unfold, folks. Foreign troops are not going to overrun us. It will be much more subtle, much more complex, than that. And it will be seen as a natural progression of events. Of course they had to quarantine that city. Those people might have infected the rest of us. And it was right that they sealed off that nuclear blast area. Who wants a hundred thousand radioactive refugees moving into their town? And if there's not enough food to go around, well, we'll all share in the sacrifice. And of course I'll send my children out to help with the farm work. We don't have enough help now that they've stopped illegal immigration.<br> <br>Left unchecked, what we will have is a techno-tyranny beyond George Orwell's wildest dreams. RFIDs, and chips, and cards, and GPS cell phones, and fingerprint id's at the bank and implant readers at McDonalds checkout lines and photo radar and security cameras everywhere and hand-held devices that read your mind and others that mess with your mind and still others that can reduce you to a pile of quivering flesh if you step out of line. This, we already have. We have face scanners at the ball games, and soon on every street in town. We have our financial transactions recorded and tracked and an imperial president who doens't need a Patriot Act because he doesn't let it interfere with his will anyway. We have an attorney general who says that it is O.K. to arrest, incarcerate and even kill an American citizen arrested on American soil if he is SUSPECTED of being an enemy agent or 'terrorist'. We have all this, and more is on the way as they forge even yet more chains to bind us into financial and physical slavery. And you worrry about FEMA camps?<br> <br>Concentration camps? We got 'em. This is America. Our concentration camps have roads and schools and airports. They're gonna turn the whole damn country into one concentration camp. A labor camp.
