Quote:
I've tried loud and obnoxious myself, at length, and all it's done is place a barrier between myself and the people I seek to get through to. Not that calm and collected seems to work either, mind you, but I've come to the conclusion that if 9/11 isn't enough, nothing we say about it afterwards is going to be either..

Same here, et. After 9/11, I was pretty obnoxious because people didn't seem to want to listen. I dialed it back a few nothces, began explaining a few facts to them; brought Bamfords book Body of Secrets to work and showed them the passages on Operation Northwoods, found docs and articles on the internet and forwarded them along; pointed out the eerie similarities betweed controlled demo and the fall of the towers You want to know the sad, depressing, horrible thing? I convinced a lot of people, but you would think I had only convinced them the world was round- interesting info, but what has it to do with me? I don't even try any more. It's now enough that I've convinced my own family, and they care enough to further inform themselves, and live their lives like it matters.

Edited by: sunny at: 8/10/06 6:33 pm
