It is not a question and answer period...it is an orchestrated performance by two CIA assets. Condi's "no" is irrelevant. Blitzer can't even contain himself to think up a way to "ask" the talking point, he just blames Clinton, and then the second question where de does frame a question, the words "Is there any" are simply throw-aways for the point to be made: "evidence that what the Clinton administration did helped North Korea build these bombs".
