Western rulers are having more trouble convincing ppl of need for endless war than fending off dissidents, so the dissidents more useful at large, to provide a local Other that demands fascist control.<br>Better than "disappear 'em" is cultivate them, provide them with an agent provocateur to suggest targets, supply funding and munitions, and provide comprehensive testimony ensuring convictions.
