It's time to say goodbye for now

Postby DrDebugDU » Mon Aug 29, 2005 4:58 pm

This may sound strange, but for the last couple of weeks I get the impression that I've done, read and researched enough and it's time to move out of the conspiracy circle. I don't know quite how to put it, but I guess it's time to make it more formal. Somehow I feel like I've been going in circles for the last months and it's time to break the chain. It's not that I don't care about all the issues and what has happened, but it's time to continue in the real world and try to implement the enlarged knowledge there.

I never really said goodbye when DU didn't feel at home anymore. This place is different and I hope you all have get the wisdom you desire on your quest and that the last veils of ignorance will disappear. For myself I think that I've learned enough the past year in particular and I'd like to thank all my tutors which I've met along the way. The only subjects which are still pretty dim is the UFO and reptilian issue, however I have no desire to look into those subject in depth. The other subject may not be crystal clear, however I feel I've learned the basic scenario.

I have been thinking about what is going on with DemocraticUnderground and DailyKos nowadays as well. I hope that people will remain posting there despite the change atmosphere, because it'll be the first resource for people who have doubt about the political system.

This message doesn't mean that I'll be gone permanently and probably will drop by from time to time.

I've left a large resource information at demopedia.democraticunderground.com and some stuff here in the data dump. It goes without saying that all information contained therein can (and should) be copied, verified etc. Somehow the bush body count has a typical example that information needs to be copied over and over again IMO without regard to authorship and other nonsense like that. The system can only be beaten by keeping information free.

I hope there are people who will keep the legacy of TruthIsAll alive and keep his information and analysis readily accessible, because his work is vitally important for the 2008 elections (even though I personally think that Mark Warner is going to be president, because of his sudden appearance at the 2005 Bilderberg meeting and they probably want an outsider after Bush)

Jeff, you are an awesome writer. I hope you have much good fortune as an author.

Starman, you are one of the smartest people I have ever made. I think I compliment is in order.

Sorry to have to say goodbye, DrDebugDU, for however long, but I can understand and respect your need to make a change when it feels like you're spinning your wheels. Thanks for your many excellent contributions, and all the best.

Heyia Dr. Debug DU:

I think I understand what you're saying about needing to disconnect and re-engage on a different wavelength, putting into practice insights and greater understandings you've achieved this past year -- which no doubt has been a huge challenge, and which likely has been very difficult (as I and many here can probably relate). I've been having similiar thoughts re: a sense of saturation that confounds integration of the information presented on this and similiar forums -- I increasingly question sources and theories and bits of the incredibly complex riddle which is our current parapolitical/social reality. Even though I think I have a fair grasp of the overall pattern of what's happening in the world, re: issues that deeply concern and affect us, there's so much yet that is obscure and inconclusive. And then, there's the problem of how to make practical use of this increased understanding, in the context of such a massive, integrated global conspiracy of semi-cooperative powerful interests engaging in the most horrid crimes and betrayals imagineable. Sometimes, it is SO goddamn frustrating.

I think time-away to explore and develop other aspects of your life and mind and spirit could be a very good idea -- I may do likewise at some point. A sufficiency of information allowing us to think deeply about how our lives relate to the world and enabling us to continue developing our self-realizing potential doesn't necessarily require detailed, encyclopediac knowledge -- and sometimes, information can cause overload.

Anyway, I sure wish you the best in all things you do, and hope/trust the Light you've helped to keep alive will continue to guide and illuminate your journey on that path to a better world of justice and liberty and peace.
I've certainly enjoyed and benefitted greatly from your contribution to this dynamic forum. You've helped make this forum one helluva dynamic and important resource --as well as a community of fine buncha folks who show a high degree of awareness and respect for self and others. High standards and all that.

"...smartest"??? Aw, shucks ... <blush>
Your compliment touches me -- Thanks a LOT. I'm really humbled 'cause I've really looked forward to your posts, and really think there's quite a few posters on this board who are much better writers and thinkers than I am. But to the extent you've benefitted from and enjoyed my posts, I'm tickled for the opportunity to share my thoughts.

Perhaps becuz of stuff going on in my life, and maybe plus a lot of the new information I've been challenged with this past year, I think my own writing and thinking has been kinda fuzzy and far-less cohesive and sharp than I'm capable of, or would like. However, there are a LOT of smart folks on this forum that inspire me to keep working onnit. If I wasn't so addicted to trying to keep deciphering the riddle and mystery of the world the PTB try to keep hidden, I'd take a break immediately and just give my head a rest, to process all this stuff. Anyway, I might be taking a net-sabbatical soon myself.

I sure hope you'll check-in by-and-by, and I'll be lookin' for ya!
Best Blessings and Regrdz;
Walk in Beauty!!!
Starman

Why do we bother? This quote struck me as quite powerful and to-the-point:

The one side stands for the truth and speak both proudly yet with humility of their feelings and their feelings for their fellow man. On the other hand you hear the lies and deceptions as those who tell them hide behind a cloak of patriotism or religion yet their very actions are treasonous, the constitution means nothing to them unless they need to use it in their defense. Then it is usually so distorted that the framers of the Constitution would never recognize it.
Those that are completely incensed over a nude statue think nothing of the twisted torn bodies of little children with the life tore out of them by bombs and shells sent from miles away. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, how distorted is this? Hurry up and do unto them what you would never in your worst nightmares want done unto you. -- Robert Daily, excerpt from: www.opednews.com/articles...tent_a.htm

Doc,
I'll miss your contributions. Like I said, you are a far better researcher than I.
But I know you will be back.
Just think back six months. The triumphalism of the Gangsters, Shrub and his "political capital", Cheney and his "due".
Everything has changed, hasn't it?

Here in Spain there is an enthralling political fight going on between Catalonia and Madrid. The MSM lets us know there is a fight, but never what it's about.
You think those guys don't know about this board?

Enjoy your sabbatical!

DrDebugDU, sometimes a soldier needs to take time to dry out his socks. Take as long as you need to dry them out.

ST4

Only "for now" I hope. Your feelings I understand completely. Necessary to live the life rather than study it.

We need people like you on the internet to help combat the infiltration by the War Party to drive away those who know their scam.

DemocraticUnderground and other sites have a growing population of War Party operatives displacing peace and justice activists in a COINTELPRO-type campaign to disable the resistance.

Don't be discouraged by the efforts to neutralize us. It is only to be expected and there are still lots of naive people for them to use as unwitting allies, like supporters of General Wesley Clark..

Take a breather and gear up for the long haul.
Think about prioritizing what we want people to know about the fascist War Party and focus on that in your life's work.

You've done great work and I look forward to meeting you on the battlefield of the MindWars again, friend.

peace.
