As stated, I agree. Faster than "I" personally.
But that isn't the ultimate determinant of achieving peace and justice.

Fascist control of the media - telecommunications, publishing, print, radio, TV, movies. Yup.

Fascist control of infrastructure and institutions - transportation, police, military, executive/legislative/judicial branches of government. Yup.

That's a lot. Grassroots spread of truth is thus much slower than fascism's lies. And there's always the desperate last resort to just shoot JFK, RFK, MLK, or character assassinate personality threats.

But inhumane self-destructive government sabotages itself in the long run. Blind trust in authority is evolving out of us. Dots are growing and become connected to the innate biological humanity with which we are hard-wired. The human family is finding itself all in the same global warming boat, for instance. And getting war fatigue.

And that IS happening in our lifetimes. Humanity wins.

Edited by: Hugh Manatee Wins at: 10/30/06 11:48 am

Agree and disagree: I believe we can not only see their deeds, but the horrific results thereof. Their exact identities? not so much. We see the front men, but only the vague shadows of the men behind them. I continue to believe, however, that truth and justice will out.

I agree. As long as you use "your ability to expose the truth"

Change that to "our ability to expose the truth" and I'll strongly disagree.

Isnt it a logical, sensible and absolute conclusion that evil will eventually eat itself?

It's extremely difficult to agree with any statement which contains a qualifier such as 'always'. In general, it's probably a true observation, though.

-Sepka the Space Weasel

"Only when there's no good left."

not necessarily - good just needs to stay out of the way long enough. Hmm Hugh, I see what youre saying...but Im coming from this place:

www-cse.ucsd.edu/users/pa...peace.html

Some people who subscribe to this philosophy would get out of the way beforehand. They would hunker down, let the big militant robots bash eachothers heads in , then come back out and make the world a sane place. Im not saying there wont be collateral damage. Im saying when all is said and done and the dust settles, these kind of people are going to be whats left. Peaceful people.

Edited by: 4911 at: 10/30/06 1:30 pm

mutual exploitation, its what they are good at.

in the present moment i would agree..but in the end, years and years from now, i would disagree.

all tyranny's will fall..thats the good news but what do we do when the tyranny runs masses of people lives their whole lives?

they're ultimate goal is full spectrum domination.

but i also think we shouldnt delude ourselves that there is only good and only evil. there is an infinity of shades in between and thats why i know we will be OK eventually. they can't suppress everything all the time with so many people..which is why they want to depopulate the planet.

the question i ask myself everyday is...when do we begin to end this savage cycle? will we do it now? stop it non-volently?

and the reason why we as a society can't say we'll do it now is because most people havn't been convinced that the tigers even exist! and that is the only reason we sit so parilously now.

most are educated from birth to not even recognize there is a system of control run by a predator class around them and so why would they fight if they don't even know the predicament they are in?

there is an answer but i can't seem to grasp it or want admit what it is...does anyone?

i think the answer is that their ultimate goal is depopulation to like 200,000 people.
___________________________________________
"Fascism finds root best in unreality, dysfunction and irresponsibility." - Me

"Speaking the Truth in times of universal deceit is a revolutionary act" -George Orwell

"When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and love have always won. As long as they can continue to get all the sheeple to believe there are two parties with different interests and that one party will always be the savior from the other's misdeeds then yes, we will never know the truth. When people come to realize that both parties are the same and that a system that offers you a choice every election between criminal thug A and criminal scumbag B is ineffecive and a sham then perhaps we can move on and try to find a solution, but so far, this election, the people are still buying the party line and foolishly believing that the democrats are going to save us from those evil neo cons. In fact, they will do no such thing, they will continue the same course towards a police state, north american union and eventual global fourth reich.

Edited by: MASONIC PLOT at: 10/30/06 1:47 pm
