Police officers are being ‘disregarded, dismissed, and disrespected,’ top cop union says, responding to reform bill

By Matt Stout and Milton J. Valencia Globe Staff,Updated December 1, 2020, 2:53 p.m.

The legislation would create a new Massachusetts Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission, a nine-member group that would serve as the state’s primary civil enforcement agency, with the power to certify officers for the first time in state history, oversee investigations into officer misconduct, and revoke an officers’ license for certain misconduct.
The so-called POST commission could strip an officer’s certification if he or she is convicted of a felony, “knowingly” files a police report with false information, or uses deadly excessive force, among dozens of examples of misconduct laid out in the legislation.

In trove of officer misconduct records, Maine sheriffs hide the worst offenses
by Josh Keefe

The three corrections officers were punished for not notifying the medical department or logging that an unnamed inmate wanted medical attention. Two of them were disciplined for not checking on the inmate, and for making no attempt to clean the feces off the cell door window despite its presence “making it impossible to see inside,” according to the records. One of the officers was also disciplined for writing that he checked the cells every 15 minutes when he had not.
But those records failed to mention Kitchin — or his death.
Anyone reading the records without prior knowledge of what happened to Kitchin would have no way to know that the discipline handed down to the three officers had anything to do with a man dying in his cell while begging for medical attention. ... -in-maine/

The FBI's Man Inside the Klan
The FBI was ruthless in its pursuit of civil rights activists. At the same time, the Ku Klux Klan was engaged in a reign of terror. How did the FBI's attitude towards those fighting nonviolently for racial justice compare to its attitude towards those who wished to violently stop them?
In this episode, we explore the career of the FBI's controversial Klan informant Gary Rowe. To explore this, we talk to Mary Stanton a historian of social justice movements in the South and biographer of Liuzzo.

Is the Virus Real?

I continue to be asked if the virus is real.  I answered this question in 2 prior blog posts, below.  But Off-Guardian has a new article claiming the virus is fake, and I was again asked to comment. ... -data.html ... aphed.html
Since I have explained some technical aspects in the two prior posts, I will be brief.  Please read John McGowan's comment to the second post for greater detail, which helps debunk the Off-Guardian article.
1.  There has been tremendous falsification of information on almost every aspect of the pandemic.  I don't think there is much question about that, and I understand that it makes people understandably suspicious about the reality of the virus, too.  Particularly when people with MDs and PhDs after their names claim it does not exist.
2.  I am willing to go on record to say that Andrew Kaufman, MD (a psychiatrist, not a molecular biologist, who got his undergrad degree in the same department I did at MIT--Biology) who is quoted in the piece, is wrong and ignorant, besides. As are others.
3.  Here is the key argument:  I have challenged those who deny a real virus to explain what, exactly, is causing these symptoms if it is not a virus.  One suggested toxins.  Or 5G.

* Well, toxins and 5G and exosomes are not contagious, but this disease is.
* It has a very predictable incubation period, averaging 6 days.
* Properly used PPE protects the wearer from exposure.
* It causes mostly similar syndromes in those who get very ill.
* The syndrome, while relatively unique, is similar to that caused by SARS-1 in 2003.
* The illness responds well to antiviral drugs.  Patients get better quickly when viral-killing protocols, including hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin, are used early in the illness.

These simple facts, along with the arguments I have made in the two linked blog posts, confirm that we are facing an infectious disease, and it is caused by a virus.
4.  Hundreds of thousands of whole genome sequences (maps of every nucleotide in the virus' RNA) have been uploaded by scientists in scores of countries to international databases, each with its own local mutations.  You would need to isolate and grow these viruses in order to sequence them.  Saying that all these sequences are false requires that thousands of scientists are lying, together, about the work they have done.  Since these scientists are from the US, China, Russia, and everywhere else, getting them all to tell the same lie would not be simple.
5.  Did this virus originate in a lab?  Almost certainly. Was it spread deliberately?  I don't know.  It could have been accidental.  It it was spread deliberately, who did it?  I don't know that either.
If you approach this question by asking who had the means, motive and opportunity to commit such a crime, we can at least begin the discussion.
a.  Scientists in multiple countries, including the US and China, had the means to produce a virus like this.
b.  Motive:  who is benefiting from the pandemic?  The $US dollar, Amazon, Elon, Facebook, Zoom, Twitter and the surveillance state, for a start.
c.  Opportunity?  Since the world military games were held in Wuhan in October, military staff from dozens of countries had the opportunity.  Wuhan is also an international trading center. Maybe anyone visiting Wuhan last fall had an opportunity.
If this theory is so easy to debunk, why does it keep popping up?  I am starting to wonder if it isn't a psyop, repeatedly inserted into the discourse to stop people from looking into the true origin of the virus... looking into the funders of Gain of Function research on coronaviruses at NIAID and elsewhere... and looking into what exactly they were trying to do, and for whom...
Those are the important questions, particularly in terms of avoiding a repeat lab-derived pandemic.
Please don't waste any more of your time on the "fake virus" hypothesis.  We don't have the time or luxury to fight each other.  We need all hands on deck to turn back the Great Reset (whatever it is supposed to be) and regain sane control of our societies.

The Hidden Story of Pablo Escobar's Queen of Cocaine, as told in The Big White Lie, by NY Times Bestselling Author, Michael Levine.

Sonia Atala, without any doubt, was not only the most powerful woman drug trafficker in the world, but also, by far, the most beautiful. She sold cocaine globally for the Bolivian government at a time when Bolivia was the source of 90 percent of all cocaine being processed in Colombia. She was Pablo Escobar's chief source of supply. He named her "La Reina con la corona de nieve" The Queen with the crown of snow. The queen of cocaine.

Sonia, who never served a second behind bars for shoveling mountains of cocaine into the brains and veins of Americans for more than a decade was both a DEA Informant and a CIA Asset. I posed as her lover during Operation Hun, the deep cover sting operation that brought down the whole Bolivian cocaine government. The only place on earth that you can read the true story and understand why it has been hidden from the world for decades, is in The Big White Lie. Spanish Translation: La Guerra Falsa

The Vaccine Lies that Bind: FDA, EBS, J and J and the regulators of the EU, South Africa, Canada and Mexico

I have repeatedly warned about vaccine that might have illegally sneaked out the back door of the Emergent BioSolutions Bayview Baltimore plant.
How did Emergent-made J and J vaccine, from a factory that was out of GMP compliance on every single one of its FDA inspections, and never received authorization to ship out vaccine for Americans, find its way to Europe, South Africa, Canada and Mexico?
How does that happen? When did it happen?
And since it did happen, why would I believe no Americans got the vaccine?  What was FDA's role in this fiasco?
Here's what the FDA's acting Commissioner said on April 21, breaking FDA's long silence about whether the plant was authorized or not:

"... the FDA has not authorized this facility to manufacture or distribute any of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 Vaccine or components and, to date, no COVID-19 vaccine manufactured at this plant has been distributed for use in the U.S..."

Remember, this is not simply about mixing up an ingredient between the Astra-Zeneca and Johnson and Johnson vaccines.  There were many, many problems that led to the loss of millions more doses. The plant was maintained in a slovenly fashion. You can read the latest FDA inspection report here. An April 21 NY Times article summarized the findings:

A series of confidential audits last year, obtained by The Times, warned about risks of viral and bacterial contamination and a lack of proper sanitation at the Baltimore plant.

According to the May 6 NY Times:

The F.D.A. has now called into question the equivalent of about 70 million doses from the plant, most of it intended for domestic use, and may decide that none of that vaccine can be released in the United States, those officials said.

Some doses from a single batch of the vaccine produced at Emergent are being administered in Europe, without problem, officials said. In addition, about six million to nine million more doses are now on hold there and in the other countries

Here is how the FDA's acting Commissioner tried to wriggle out of this mess. It sounds good at first:

For the vaccines already manufactured, the products will undergo additional testing and will be thoroughly evaluated to ensure their quality before any potential distribution. We will not allow the release of any product until we feel confident that it meets our expectations for quality.
But there is a big problem here. Not just the fact that somebody already did allow the release of product.
Testing finished vaccine lots cannot identify all the potential serious problems with vaccines.  If it could, it would not matter what shape the factory was in, because you could simply test each lot and throw away any that were bad. The reason FDA plant inspections are so important is because product testing is insufficient to identify potential problems with vaccines.
I clearly recall a GAO report to Congress by Dr. Sushil Sharma about anthrax vaccine (that incidentally had also been made by EBS), which explained this point.  What it means is that Janet Woodcock, the acting Commissioner, is attempting to mislead everyone by claiming that with additional testing, the lots produced while the plant was far out of compliance are not adulterated and can still be used.
The regulators in the other nations that received the bad lots of J and J vaccine repeated her identical, fallacious excuse.
While Dr. Woodcock is trying to cover her derriere (probably FDA knew about and approved the shipments of vaccine to other nations) there is no way either the FDA nor Emergent can squirm out of the hole they have dug for themselves.
From the NY Times:

Neither the F.D.A. nor its parent agency, the Department of Health and Human Services, would say what role, if any, the federal government played in the shipment of Johnson & Johnson doses abroad, or when and where they were shipped. White House officials did not respond to repeated requests for comment.

It is strange that after having failed so many prior inspections over 2 decades, Emergent BioSolutions was chosen to lead the US' response to Covid. It is slated to produce 4 vaccines and 5 other Covid medications.

In a statement to The New York Times, an F.D.A. spokeswoman said the agency was “in close communication with our foreign regulatory counterparts regarding this ongoing matter to ensure they’re aware of the situation...”
Does this mean FDA notified them of the May 6 NY Times revelations, informed them the jig was up, and they needed to come up with a uniform story?

Emergent referred questions to Johnson & Johnson and the F.D.A. “They control where the product goes after we manufacture it,” Matt Hartwig, a spokesman for the company, said in an email...

The European Union’s drug regulator, the European Medicines Agency, said in a statement to The Times that one batch of vaccine manufactured at the Emergent facility “is being used” after “a thorough testing of the batch and a review of the controls in place at the manufacturing site.” There is no indication of any problems with those doses.

That batch was distributed for use in the European Union only after meeting “the rigorous quality standards of our company and the European Medicines Agency,” Johnson & Johnson said in a statement...

Under its contract with Johnson & Johnson, Emergent manufactured the active ingredient for the vaccine in bulk, and the substance was then sent to other facilities for final processing and packaging...

The thing is, since Emergent knew it had not passed its inspections, it also knew its product could not be approved for use.  So why did it ship it out for final bottling and finishing? Why did J and J collude with them to do so?
Everyone involved in this sordid tale has now gotten burned.  It looks like there is plenty of blame to go around.  The only thing missing is a prosecution.
The problem is pernicious secrecy. EBS, J and J, FDA and most likely the regulatory agencies of the EU, Canada, Mexico and South Africa had to have known there were problems with this vaccine.  But they chose instead to look the other way, until their charade was uncovered by the New York Times.
And even after recipients started dying from blood clots and bleeding, the regulators, EBS and Johnson and Johnson kept the truth of the substandard vaccine they had released for use close to their chests.
And now the government regulators are still trying to fake us out by fancifully claiming they can test their way out of this. These same duplicitous apparatchiks were perfectly willing to inject trash into the arms of millions of their fellow citizens.
And already in Canada, and next week in the US, it might be injected into the waiting arms of 12 to 15 year olds.

von der Leyen and the 4.1 billion doses/ NY Times

I am a week late getting this NYT article out.  While the Times hints that von der Leyen bought the Pfizer vaccine for her political survival, the paper provides no evidence. My guess is that this is a cover story.  You have to explain 4.1 billion doses for 448 million people some way.  Politics is easy to blame.

The new contract will include a 900-million-dose order through 2023, with an option for another 900 million, Ms. von der Leyen said in an interview.
“I am convinced that we are in this for the long haul,” she said...
Accounts of how the deals came about, related by Ms. von der Leyen, Mr. Bourla, Mr. Marett and another nine officials and experts involved, reveal a striking alignment of political survival and corporate hustle...
Mr. Bourla said he built a bond with Ms. von der Leyen...
Mr. Bourla said he expected a booster would be needed six to twelve months after people get their second shot, although some public health experts note that it is not clear yet whether that will be necessary. And the assessment includes a worst-case scenario for a new vaccine to target an “escape mutant,” a variant of the coronavirus that is too resistant to existing shots. The draft says the European Union would require 640 million doses of this type of vaccine for two doses per adult...
Ms. von der Leyen said the European Union could still procure doses from other companies. [Yet more vaccine???]
She said the bloc was following the development of protein-based vaccines made by Novavax and Sanofi, as well as mRNA vaccines from Moderna, which are already being used in Europe, and CureVac, which is under review by the E.U. regulator. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which was rolled out in Europe this month, is also attractive because of its single-dose regimen and easy storage, she said.
The Pfizer shot is also expensive. While the financial details of the new agreement have not been disclosed, the previous contract priced the shot at approximately 15.5 euros, or about 19 dollars, making it the second-most expensive vaccine in the region after Moderna.
European Union members will each decide whether they want to use their full allocations of doses, or leave some for others to absorb, or to be resold or donated. They will also be free to make bilateral agreements with other pharmaceutical companies for vaccines in the future... [And even more possible vaccine]

Ireland finally paying benefits for 2009 swine flu vaccine-caused narcolepsy cases

€1.2m for girl diagnosed with narcolepsy after swine flu jab  FRI, 07 MAY, 2021 - 15:33

A mediator in the High Court action of a 16-year-old girl who sued claiming she developed a rare sleep disorder after receiving a swine flu jab has recommended a €1.28m award in her case.
The teenager, who cannot be named by order of the court, received the Pandemrix vaccine when she was almost five years of age.
She was diagnosed with the sleeping disorder, narcolepsy, and cataplexy, an associated muscle weakness, four years later.
Her counsel Jonathan Kilfeather SC told the High Court it had been hoped the young girl, who is very hardworking and bright, would have gone on to study medicine.
Her case follows the case of a 16-year-old boy who settled his action last November in a groundbreaking settlement that paved the way for the resolution of 80 cases over the Pandemrix vaccine.
It was agreed under the terms of the settlement that 50% of the settlement figure would be paid out, which in the case of the 16-year-old girl the High Court heard comes to €1.28m.
The court previously heard there are extensive benefits in the settlements which include educational supports, accommodation costs in relation to third-level education, a “gold” medical card, as well as childcare costs.
The girl had through her mother sued the minister for health, the HSE, and GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals SA (GSK) — the producer of Pandemrix.
GSK was previously given an indemnity by the State concerning any adverse reactions to the vaccine.
Mediation between the sides took place and a determination was issued last month which was before the High Court yesterday for approval.
Liability on 50:50 basis
According to the determination of the mediator, liability had been agreed on a 50:50 basis.
The girl, according to the mediator’s report, reacted almost immediately after having received the vaccine in December 2009 and by January 2010, her parents became concerned as she was falling asleep at mealtimes and returning from school exhausted.
Since then, the report said the girl has continued to suffer from daily excessive tiredness and excessive sleepiness and would nap for three or four hours every evening after coming home from school.
In 2013, a diagnosis of narcolepsy and cataplexy was confirmed, and a treatment plan was put in place.
The girl’s mother told the court her daughter has very good support at home and at school and her medication has been life-changing.
She said they hope their daughter will make the best of the situation.
Approving the award Mr Justice Kevin wished the girl all the best for the future.
The judge said the girl can look towards other careers in the field of medicine which would not require her to be on call.

Jimmy Hoffa

On 14th January, 1992, the New York Post claimed that Hoffa, Santos Trafficante and Carlos Marcello had all been involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Frank Ragano was quoted as saying that at the beginning of 1963 Hoffa had told him to take a message to Trafficante and Marcello concerning a plan to kill Kennedy. When the meeting took place at the Royal Orleans Hotel, Ragano told the men: "You won't believe what Hoffa wants me to tell you. Jimmy wants you to kill the president." Dr. Phil-Episode Airdate Friday, Feb. 18th "Women Abused Behind Bars"

My name is Victoria Scott. I am a currently incarcerated resident at Maine Correctional Center who is working with a group including legislators, community leaders, Prisoner's Advocates, and incarcerated individuals to reenact parole in the state of Maine after if was abolished in 1976.
Recently, our bill to create a commission to examine the reestablishment of parole in Maine (LD842) passed the Senate unanimously and is awaiting the Governor's signature, veto, or inaction.

Our organization is looking for as many allies as we can find to work with us to raise public awareness about parole (there is a common misconception that every state has it) and to help bridge the divide between offenders and victims when the circumstances are both safe and appropriate. We have parnered with Parole Illinois and are looking to form some connections with other systems so that we can all work toward a common cause - Prison Reform.

I could not find an email address for the Maine chapter of CURE, I was wondering if you would be willing to reach out to a local contact for me, or if there was anyone in your national office who would be willing to correspond with us to share some perspective.

I look forward to heaing from you.

A sample of vaccine and injectable medication tragedies in the US during my lifetime (Reposting). This is what happens when you combine the desire for speed with politicized regulators

All have been due to failures of testing or failures in manufacturing processes.  Most of these tragedies occurred even before vaccine manufacturers were given virtually complete protection from liability in 1987. With the duration of patent exclusivity determining how much new products earn, products are rushed to market as quickly as possible, most using a shortened path for FDA review.  Recalls and market removals of approved products are much more common than they used to be.  We can only expect more of these disasters in the future, especially if the products are mandated for everyone.
This is what happens when you demand speedy production in an era of politicized regulation.

1.  1955: (Improperly inactivated) live polio vaccine caused polio in 40,000 children

The Cutter (now part of Bayer) Incident of 1955:  This early US Salk polio vaccine contained live polio virus, which had not been inactivated. It caused 40,000 cases of polio; 200 of these recipients became paralyzed; and ten died. Other companies also had problems with viral inactivation. The NIH director lost his job in the aftermath, since NIH scientist Bernice Eddy had earlier warned this lot of vaccine paralyzed monkeys, but her findings were suppressed in the rush to vaccinate.

2.  1950s-1960s: SV-40 (Simian Virus 40, a potentially cancer-causing virus) contaminated polio vaccines given to millions of Americans.

SV-40 can cause cancer in animals and has been found in human cancers, though its relationship to human cancers remains uncertain.

3.  1970s-1985:  Factor 8 Concentrate. a pooled blood product used to prevent bleeding in hemophiliacs, was contaminated with HIV and Hepatitis C, but was sold worldwide even after manufacturers became aware of the contamination.

Its manufacturers knew it was contaminated with HIV (and Hepatitis C), which spread through the injectable blood products used by hemophiliacs. About 8,000 US hemophiliacs at the time developed HIV infections this way, and an estimated 150,000 developed Hepatitis C, which frequently results in chronic liver disease, cirrhosis or death. The practice of distributing contaminated blood was widespread internationally, with many companies involved, and continued even after the problem was identified. It led to suits against pharmaceutical companies in a number of countries.  It led to thousands of deaths. Doctors went to jail.

Cutter/ Bayer knowingly sold HIV-contaminated products in the US and overseas, seemingly having learned nothing from its polio-contaminated vaccine disaster 25 years earlier. ... d_products ... 0007-7.pdf ... nted=print

4.  1976-1977:  Swine flu vaccine given to 45 million Americans for a non-existent disease, causing hundreds of cases of paralysis

A new flu virus was discovered in a soldier who died at Fort Dix, NJ. Concern that the virus might cause a 1918-like influenza pandemic led to a huge federally-instigated program to develop a vaccine and vaccinate every American against the virus. But the epidemic never occurred. And the affected soldier, despite having an acute infection, had been on a rigorous march before he died.  No one knew if the flu had killed him. US vaccine manufacturers agreed to produce vaccine on a short timeline, but only if they received a waiver of liability for possible vaccine injuries.  The decision to use the vaccine was strongly influenced by political considerations, according to a National Academy of Sciences investigation of the program, commissioned by HEW Secretary Joe Califano.  The report gives a bird’s eye view of how personal and political agendas came together to supercede considerations of the public health.

45 million  Americans received the new vaccine, of whom 400 people developed autoimmune paralysis (Guillain-Barre syndrome) at a rate 6-8 times expected during the six weeks post-inoculation, and about 30 died. ... Affair.pdf ... eid=394635 (unfortunately now behind a paywall)

5.  1999:  Rhesus rotavirus vaccine (Rotashield) caused intestinal damage.

This oral Rotashield vaccine was designed to prevent a mild form of gastroenteritis.  However, it caused 1-2 cases per 10,000 recipients of intussusception of the bowel, and many affected babies required surgery to repair “telescoping” of the gut.  Several died.  Months after being licensed, the vaccine was taken off the market.

6.   1998-2001:  Lymerix vaccine likely caused autoimmune symptoms, taken off market ... 07096a.pdf

7.  2009-10 Pandemrix swine flu vaccine caused over 1300 cases of narcolepsy in Europe.

Children aged 5-19 were about 15 times more likely to develop narcolepsy if they received the GSK Pandemrix brand of swine flu vaccine, which was not sold in the US.  Other age groups were also at an increased risk of narcolepsy, but to a lesser degree. Narcolepsy is caused by autoimmune destruction of cells in the brain's Locus Ceruleus, and is newly recognized as a vaccine adverse reaction. The narcolepsy cases were severe, often preventing children from attending school. ... narcolepsy ... 0cover.pdf ... emrix.html

** The adverse effect profile of drugs and vaccines is generally not well known until millions of people have received the drug or vaccine.   New federal legislation (21st Century Cures Act of 2016 etc.) that speeds up licensing of vaccines, and removes liability from the manufacturers for all vaccines placed on the childhood schedule, all vaccines recommended by CDC for pregnant women, and new, potentially unlicensed products used during declared emergency situations -- increases the potential risk of vaccines. ... edness_Act

Earlier this month, a federal judge in Virginia ruled that the use of “geo-fence warrants" - an increasingly popular tactic employed by law enforcement agencies around the country since at least 2016 - violated the protections guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.
But what exactly is a geo-fence warrant?
It’s a warrant that allows the police to ask companies like Google what devices are in a specified area. Let’s say you were hiding a body last night. Or you were at the Burger King across the street from where someone was hiding the body. Your approximate location would be fair game – and even grounds for the initial suspicion to begin with – because the data police obtain often sweep up dozens of nearby devices, not just the one needle in the proverbial haystack they might be looking for.
That's why Congress needs to end this dangerous dragnet policy now!
The judge in Virginia even stated in the court’s decision that people don’t “forfeit the protections of the Fourth Amendment for years of precise location information by selecting ‘YES, I’M IN’ at midnight while setting up Google Assistant.” And yet, that’s exactly what’s happening through the use of geo-fence warrants.
But here's the worst part: the use of geo-fence warrants has grown exponentially in the last 6 years, according to Google itself. Google reported that it had received 982 geo-fence warrants in 2018, 8,396 in 2019, and a staggering 11,554 in 2020. And while Google receives the bulk of these requests, other location data-gathering companies like the aforementioned Uber, Lyft, Apple, and more have also received the same “requests.”
Congress needs to ban the use of geo-fence warrants to protect the Fourth Amendment protections of all Americans. Will you take action & tell your Representative to oppose the use of geo-fence warrants?

Durbin, Grassley Press FBI On Reports Of Widespread Rule-Breaking In Sensitive Investigations
According To A Newly Publicized Internal Audit, FBI Agents Violated Agency Rules At Least 747 Times In 18 Months While Conducting Investigations Involving Political Candidates, Public Officials, Religious And Political Groups, And Other Sensitive Matters
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL), Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, today requested information and an independent Inspector General review following a newly publicized 2019 Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) audit that revealed widespread violations of internal FBI policies governing investigations of political candidates, public officials, religious and political groups, and other sensitive matters.  As reported by The Washington Times, the internal review revealed a ratio of slightly more than two rule violations per sensitive investigative matter reviewed by FBI auditors—including agents’ failure to obtain approval from senior FBI officials to start an investigation, failure to conduct a necessary legal review before opening an investigation, and failure to tell prosecutors what they were doing.  In light of these new revelations, the Senators sent a letter to FBI Director Chris Wray to seek more information on the 2019 audit, as well as a letter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) to request an independent review of the FBI’s widespread violations of its Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide (DIOG).
In the letter to FBI Director Wray, the Senators requested an unredacted copy of the 2019 audit and a detailed explanation of what remedial steps, if any, the FBI has taken in response to its findings.
“These widespread and apparently systemic violations of approval and notification requirements make clear that the FBI has failed to rigorously adhere to the DIOG,” Durbin and Grassley wrote.  “The sheer number of FBI investigations that failed to comply with the DIOG’s rules suggests a pattern and practice of evading the rules, which consequently opens the door for political and other improper considerations to infect the investigative decision-making process.” ... ommunities

Xander will talk about his proof that the official Pentagon video did not show a 757 as claimed by the official story and by conference presenters David Chandler and Wayne Coste.

In our second item, Craig McKee will offer some thoughts about the conference that will include how restrictions placed on what presenters could say about each other affected the pursuit of truth.

It will be a great call, so don't miss it!

The state was supposed to rehabilitate them. Instead, hundreds of children were allegedly abused in N.H.
It was supposed to be a place to transition from a broken life to a better one. But many who spent time in New Hampshire's juvenile detention center depict it as a house of horrors. Rampant sexual abuse by staffers, beatings so severe they broke bones. The kind of violence that leaves lasting psychological damage, rippling through generations.

I urge everyone to please distribute this widely. Ex-Trump covid advisor Dr. Paul Alexander is Exhibit A for proof of Fauci/CDC/NIH/Big Pharma malfeasance. In this spellbinding interview, Dr. Alexander talks about how when he tried to provide Fauci et al solid science for not locking down schools and not masking children, he was viciously attacked, told his “balls” would be “cut off” and then smeared in the media. He also says W.H.O. lied about no “human to human” transmission of the corona virus early on and that Operation Warp Speed “snookered” Americans into paying billions upfront for useless and harmful vaccines. ... h-for.html

When it first hit the market in December, the COVID-19 antiviral treatment, Paxlovid, was hailed as a game-changer, an effective medicine that kept at-risk people out of the hospital. But now some patients are reporting on social media an unusual and unnerving phenomenon: their COVID symptoms appear to rebound after taking the medication. And it’s not just their symptoms that reappear. Many report that after finishing their five-day course of treatment, feeling better, and testing negative on an at-home rapid test, they then test positive again a few days later. (Lazar, 4/21)
