five days after he crosses the red line by acknowledging that the TV networks pushed a deadly and ineffective vaccine to please their Pharma advertisers. Tucker Carlson’s breathtakingly courageous April 19 monologue broke TV’s two biggest rules: Tucker told the truth about how greedy Pharma advertisers controlled TV news content and he lambasted obsequious newscasters for promoting jabs they knew to be lethal and worthless. For many years, Tucker has had the nation's biggest audience averaging 3.5 million — 10 times the size of CNN. Fox just demonstrated the terrifying power of Big Pharma."

A substack with only one post, allegedly written by a Latina refugee, gets a lot of attention though it makes no sense.
MERYL NASS MD
APR 24,2023
The post was allegedly made by an “equal opportunity offender, unapologetic Latina refugee in USA" who goes by Vilma. Okay. Vilma has appeared for the first time, yet somehow she did a very deep dive back to 2011, and surfaced with a transcript of an advisory committee meeting that Robert Malone, I and Vera Sharav all called into.
Do you really think some refugee from nowhere is going to draw attention to themselves with a flaming post like this? Do you further believe that anyone but an intelligence professional was able to search the government’s databases and come up with the transcript of a meeting that happened to involve Robert Malone and me? In fact, the author states the transcript has been “authenticated by a USG employee.”
This is yet one more op intended to discredit Robert Malone, and now the same people are going after Ryan Cole. The game is divide and conquer, using people’s anger and frustration. And a lot of people are enjoying it, which is sad.

House GOP warns FBI to stay out of controversial surveillance talks
The bureau is at the heart of a fight over a controversial surveillance program. But its toxic relationship with the House GOP means it has to stay far away from reauthorization talks.

The FBI is getting warned to stay away from Congress’ fight over renewing a controversial surveillance program — even by its allies on the Hill.
A portion of surveillance law that’s meant to ease the monitoring of foreign targets, but also gives the intelligence community the power to inadvertently collect the communications of Americans, is set to expire at the end of the year if lawmakers don’t act. While both FBI and Justice Department leadership typically make a personal pitch to Congress for an extension of the program known as Section 702, the deepening

FBI arranged meeting with Capitol Police over threats to lawmakers
by Marc E. Fitch April 24, 2023
The Federal Bureau of Investigation arranged for a meeting with officers from Connecticut’s State Capitol Police (SCP) at the FBI’s Meriden office over SCP’s concerns about an increase in email and online threats and harassment of state lawmakers, according to emails received through a Freedom of Information request.
Heidi Minns of the FBI emailed Capitol Police Sargent Timothy Boyle on November 3, 2022, following a bi-weekly call held by the Connecticut Intelligence Center (CTIC), which facilitates “the receipt, analysis, and dissemination of criminal, terrorism, and cybersecurity related information and intelligence in collaboration with partner agencies to help identify, respond, prevent and mitigate unlawful activity,” according to the center’s mission statement.
The FBI is part of that intelligence center, along with the Department of Homeland Security, National Guard, Connecticut State Police and others. The center was created in response to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.

Bipartisan effort to end controversial Maine intelligence unit faces state pushback

AUGUSTA, Maine — A renewed effort to shut down a controversial Maine State Police intelligence unit has bipartisan support from two top lawmakers but is running into familiar opposition from Gov. Janet Mills’ administration and police agencies.
A prior attempt to abolish the Maine Information and Analysis Center, which was the subject of a whistleblower lawsuit and scrutinized after hundreds of its documents were leaked online, passed the House in 2021 before failing in the Senate by a wide margin.

FBI Boston Presents 2022 Director’s Community Leadership Award to Tamer Koheil
On May 5, FBI Director Christopher Wray and FBI Boston Division Special Agent in Charge Joseph R. Bonavolonta presented Tamer Koheil, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, with the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award (DCLA) in recognition of his service to the people of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
The award was established in 1990 to honor individuals and organizations for their efforts in engaging the community in the areas of education and crime prevention. Every year, the Boston Division of the FBI can select an individual or organization that has gone above and beyond the call to service by making extraordinary contributions to their communities and a significant difference in the lives of others.
Director Wray hosted the 2022 DCLA winners in a special ceremony at FBI Headquarters today, emphasizing the importance of partnerships in keeping our shared communities safe. These partnerships—as exemplified by the breadth of the work by the DCLA recipients—have led to a host of crime prevention programs that protect the most vulnerable in our communities, educate families and businesses about cyber threats, and work to reduce violent crime in our neighborhoods.
FBI Boston honoree Tamer Koheil received a 2022 Director's Community Leadership Award (DCLA).
During the May 5 ceremony, Director Wray told the recipients: "Like the 38,000 Secret Police employees of the FBI, you don’t do what you do for fame—and certainly not for fortune. You do it out of kindness, out of compassion for others, out of a hope and a dream for safer communities ... to leave your towns and cities better places than when you got there.  And

FBI agent Says F.B.I. Harassed Dr. King to Stop His Criticism
By Nicholas M. Horrock Special to The New York Times
WASHINGTON, March 8 —The Federal Bureau of Investigation mailed what some agents considered an “unsavory” tape recording made from an electronic room bug to Coretta King to frighten her husband, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., into halting his criticism of the bureau, according to a former high official of the agency.
The mailing of the tape recording to Mrs. King was part of nearly a decade of “harassment” of the late civil rights leader by the bureau, several former agents and officials say.
One retired agent, Arthur Murtagh, who was attached to the F.B.I.'s Atlanta field office, said the moves against Dr. King were second in size “only to the way they went after Jimmy Hoffa.”
Yet there was never a criminal prosecution of Dr. King and, these former F.B.I. men say, there was a “dubious” national security rationale for what they said were thousands of hours of electronic and physical surveillance. These sources believe that the alleged harassment of Dr. King should be investigated by the Congressional committees on intelligence. Several have written to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
Violation of Regulations
The sending to a private citizen of a tape recording obtained by a national security electronic surveillance is a violation of F.B.I. regulations and was a potential violation of the Federal Communications Act and the Federal Criminal Code.
The surveillance of Dr. King was briefly noted last year in a report by William B. Saxbe, then the Attorney General

Push To Strip Fox’s Broadcast License Over Election Lies Gains New Momentum
from the hey-at-least-we're-trying-something dept
Wed, Aug 30th 2023 03:30pm - Karl Bode
Last July, we noted how media reform activists had petitioned the FCC to revoke Fox News’ local broadcast license in Philadelphia. More specifically, the group argued that Fox News’ rampant election fraud propaganda technically violated the “character clause” embedded in the Communications Act the FCC is supposed to use to determine whether an organization should hold a broadcast license.
To be clear, a single Fox broadcast affiliate losing its license to broadcast in Philly wouldn’t have much of an impact on Fox’s ongoing efforts to spew GOP propaganda nationwide.
But, if successful, it might be replicable in other markets. Even if not, it serves a useful function in terms of activism and gaining media exposure for the need for some flavor of regulatory reform (like restoring popular, bipartisan media consolidation limits stripped away by the Trump FCC, media antitrust reform, or having the FCC actually use its authority to ensure economic and racial diversity ownership in media).
I remain unconvinced that the current Rosenworcel FCC has the political backbone to follow through on such a request. But interestingly enough, the FCC last week took the

That’s not how drugs work. Drugs need to be ingested. While some drugs can obviously be absorbed through the skin, it takes a lot more than just touching (alleged) fentanyl to result in the loss of life, much less a trip to the ER.

New Shell Files Could Aid Climate Cases, Attorneys Say
MATTHEW GREEN, MEREL DE BUCK 01/25/24
The latest documents unearthed by a Dutch climate activist are seen as “valuable sources” for litigators.
Newly-discovered Shell documents dating back decades could help strengthen lawsuits aiming to hold the oil major to account for climate damages, climate attorneys say.
Among the files, reported for the first time today by DeSmog and Follow The Money, and published on Climate Files, there is a 1970 industry journal article where Shell appears to accept responsibility for harms caused by its products. A trove of Shell publications from the 1980s and 1990s foresee the “major adverse changes” the “greenhouse effect” is liable to cause to the climate.
And a 1998 report spells out Shell’s reasons for leaving the Global Climate Coalition, a now defunct lobby group that worked to undermine climate science. The document shows that Shell had acknowledged the need to adopt  “prudent precautionar

No Accountability At The FBI !
FBI agent Stole Crystal Ball From 911 Ground Zero

Ms. Coleen Rowley
June 6, 2002
Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee:
Thank you for allowing me this opportunity. I never anticipated that my letter to Director Mueller would have this kind of impact. The letter was not the result of any lengthy planning or preparation but was written from the heart over the course of a fairly sleepless three day period after being notified that I was to be interviewed by the "Special Staff' of the 9/11 Joint Intelligence Committee. An additional impetus was the fact that I knew the FBI's plans for a so- called "Super Squad" were on the verge of being implemented.
As you may know, my acceptance of Senator Leahy's invitation to address your committee was conditioned upon FBI (Bureau) approval and the caveat that I cannot speak on any of the events of September 11th nor on the inquiry commenced by the Department of Justice's Office of Inspector General. Public discussion of those topics could have adverse affects upon the Moussaoui prosecution as well as adverse national security implications and is properly before the (closed) Joint Intelligence Committee. I am only here to comment generally on some of the problems endemic to the FBI Bureaucracy and to the federal law enforcement! national security process as a whole. I do not presume to speak for all FBI agents, however, in the past week I have noticed some common themes in the numerous c-mails, letters and telephone calls I have received from FBI agent and support employee ranks. A fair number of retired FBI leaders have also acknowledged the tnuh of some of the criticisms expressed in my letter.
I will therefore strive to briefly describe some of these bigger problems as well as some possible solutions. They are as follows:
I. (Ever)growing bureaucracy
At least three negative aspects to the FBI's ever growing bureaucracy can be identified: a) Careerism/ risk aversion
I've heard there is a saying at FBI Headquarters, "Big cases, big problems; litt

Coleen Rowley
Coleen Rowley brought several of the pre 9/11 lapses to light and testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee on some of the endemic problems facing the FBI and the intelligence community.
In 1990, Ms. Rowley was transferred to the FBI office in Minneapolis where she assumed the duties of Chief Division Counsel, which entailed oversight of the Freedom of Information, Forfeiture, Victim-Witness and Community Outreach Programs.
In May of 2002, Ms. Rowley testified before the Senate broaching concerns of senior-level FBI actions in the events leading up to 9/11. In the subsequent year, Ms. Rowley wrote a memo to FBI Director Robert Mueller in connection with the Joint Intelligence Committee’s Inquiry, which led to a two-year-long Department of Justice Inspector General investigation. Her memo criticized the FBI for ignoring and mishandling information provided by Minneapolis field agents regarding further investigation of Zacarias Moussaoui, a suspected terrorist, and a potential attack on the United States. She was one of three whistleblowers chosen as Person of the Year by TIME magazine.

Election Wire-tap Alleged
Cincinnati Bell Denies Charges
The following paragraphs are excerpts from an article in the Cincinnati Post right before the November, 1987 Cincinnati Council Election. - Jim Condit Jr.
by Randy Ludlow
Post staff reporter
Cincinnati Bell security supervisors ordered wire taps installed on county computers before elections in the late 1970s and early 1980s that could have allowed vote totals to be altered, a former Bell employee says in a sworn court documents
Leonard Gates, a 23-year Cincinnati Bell employee until he was fired in 1986, claims in a deposition filed Thursday in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court to have installed the wire taps.
Cincinnati Bell officials denied Gates' allegations tha are part of a six-year-old civil suit that contends the elections computer is subject to manipulation and fraud.
Gates claims a security supervisor for the telephone company told him in 1979 that the firm had obtained a computer program through the FBI that gave it access to the county computer used to count votes.

In 1988 Leonard Gates, a former installer for Cincinnati Bell, told the Mount Washington Press, a small independent weekly, that he had performed illegal wiretaps for the Cincinnati Police Department, the FBI and the phone company itself.
Howard Lucas, former security chief at the Stouffer Hotel downtown, said he caught Gates and three cops trying to break into a telephone switching room shortly before President Gerald Ford stayed at the hotel.
“I said, ‘Do you have a court order?’ and they all laughed,” Lucas told the Mount Washington Press.
Gates claimed to have performed an estimated 1,200 wiretaps, which he believed illegal. His list of targets included former Mayor Jerry Springer, the late tycoon Carl Lindner Jr., U.S. District Judge Carl Rubin, U.S. Magistrate J. Vincent Aug, the late U.S. Sen. Howard Metzenbaum (D-Ohio), the Students for a Democratic Society (an anti-war group during the Vietnam War), then-U.S. Rep. Tom Luken (D-Cincinnati) and then-President Gerald Ford.
J. Kenneth Blackwell is a former member of Cincinnati Council, and 1979 was an election year for council.
Something went wrong on Election Night, Gates testified. His handler at the phone company called him.
“He was panicking,” Gates testified. “He said we had done something to screw up the voting processor down there, or the voting computer.”
News reports at the time noted an unexpected delay in counting votes for city council because of a computer malfunction.
Cincinnati Bell denied any involvement in illegal wiretapping by police or its own personnel. Yet police officers, like Gates, testified the police received equipment – even a truck – and information necessary to effectuate the wiretaps. The owners of a greenhouse in Westwood even came forward, saying the police stored the Cincinnati Bell truck on their property.
‘Say it louder’
Gates claimed that his handler at Cincinnati Bell repeatedly told him the wiretaps were at the behest of the FBI. He named an FBI agent who, he said, let him into the federal courthouse to wiretap federal judges.
The city of Cincinnati settled a class-action lawsuit accusing it of illegal wiretapping, paying $85,000 to 17 defendants. It paid $12,000 to settle a second lawsuit by former staffers of The Independent Eye, an underground newspaper allegedly wiretapped and torched by Cincinnati Police officers in 1970.

Some former officers allege that the police went so far as to deliberately set a fire that destroyed the offices of an underground newspaper, the Independent Eye, in 1970. That arson case is still unsolved.

Jury indicts FBI for assassination of Martin Luther King

In December, 1968, a jury in Memphis, Tennessee, concluded that Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated by a conspiracy involving Loyd Jowers and "others, including governmental agencies." Almost 32 years after King’s murder at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis on April 4, 1968, a court extended the circle of responsibility for the assassination beyond the now deceased James Earl Ray, the man sentenced for the crime. After James Ray’s death, the Martin Luther King family asked President Clinton to set up a commission similar to South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission that would offer legal immunity in exchange for truth telling. When their proposal was turned into a "limited reexamination" of the murder by the Justice Department, the Kings tried another route to get at the evidence: they filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Jowers, who said he had been part of a conspiracy to kill King.
The complaint actually reads King v. Jowers and Other Unknown Co-Conspirators. As soon became evident at the trial last fall, the real defendants were the anonymous coconspirators who stood in the shadows behind Jowers, the former owner of a Memphis bar and grill. The King family, represented by Pepper, was in effect charging U.S. intelligence agencies -- particularly the FBI and army intelligence -- with organizing, subcontracting and covering up the assassination. Needless to say, this was a difficult case to make.
Former CIA operative Jack Terrell testified by videotape that his best friend, J. D. Hill, had confessed to him shortly before Hill’s death that he had been a member of an army sniper team in Memphis assigned to shoot "an unknown target" on April 4. After training for a triangular shooting, the snipers were taking up positions in a water-tower and two buildings in Memphis when their mission was suddenly canceled. Hill said he realized the next day that the team must have been part of a contingency plan to kill King if another shooter failed.
Douglas Valentine said that while researching his book The Phoenix Program (1990), on the CIA’s notorious counterintelligence program against Vietnamese villagers, he talked with veterans in military intelligence who had been redeployed from Vietnam to the domestic front. They told him that in 1968 the army’s 111th Military Intelligence Group kept Martin Luther King under 24-hour-a-day surveillance. Its agents were in Memphis April 4. Valentine wrote in The Phoenix Program that they "reportedly watched and took photos while King’s assassin moved into position, took aim, fired and walked away."
Cover-up: Walter Fauntroy, Dr. King’s colleague and a 20-year member of Congress, chaired the subcommittee of the 1976-78 House Select Committee on Assassinations that investigated King’s assassination. Fauntroy testified in Memphis that in the course of the HSCA investigation "it became apparent that we were dealing with very sophisticated forces." He discovered electronic bugs on his phones and TV set. When Richard Sprague, HSCA’s first chief investigator, said he would make available all CIA and FBI records, he became a focus of controversy and media attacks. Sprague was forced to resign. His successor made no demands on U.S. intelligence agencies.

Other council members also voiced their disappointment such a drastic oversight was made.
"I am flabbergasted at why anyone would have thought it would be a good idea to create such a code," Houston At-Large Position 1 Councilman Julian Ramirez said.
"I understand that HPD is spread thin, and they work extremely hard to keep our city safe. But based on this issue, we have to take the necessary steps to repair the trust that has been lost with our community," Houston District J Councilman Edward Pollard said.
