Above all else we care about human rights and protecting them for all people no matter who they are or where they live, when we see abuse of those rights or corruption among those who are charged with protecting those rights, WE WILL EXPOSE IT AND WE WILL DO SO IN A WAY THAT WILL MAKE YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO IT AGAIN.

Apparently this is the place for Flamewar by Other Means, and/or Slowdogs Who Wish They Ran At All.
Anyway, questions:
1. What's the case that Hacktivist = Percival, and do I care?
2. Are we allowed to anticipate toasts to the banned and disappeared of the future? 'Cos that could make for a really lively thread, you know?
3. Or should we just do an annual ostracism thread, like in ancient Athens? The mob casts stone ballots (into a box, not at a human target) and whoever gets the most votes is exiled for 10 years! Yay!
(You know I'd be a contender. Thucydides was the winner one year early in the Peloponesian Wars, the knowledge of which makes reading his history of it all the more interesting.)
