That was eriosly haedfucking I am having trouble typing right now. Feel like I have had 10 cones of Shiva and then some but without the fogginess.

Digital Relaxation Therapy

One of my DRT's is World of Warcraft. At it's best, my surroundings dissolve, the inner voice rests and I think of little else aside from winning my current battle with an orc or ogre or whatever. It's a type of trance that's similar to a TV trance, just not as passive. At it's worst I sit there wondering why I've wasted so much precious time 'not doing' anything in a world that needs so much done.
