I sure do. Let me know what you want and I guess I can email the PDF to you. Or if it's interesting, maybe Wombat can put it up in his library. I just looked at it, and it's copy&pasteable text. Easier.

Or, if you need to do some intense research maybe I can loan out my numbers and just change my pin when you're done. We'll see.
