Penetrating Wagner's Ring

[Someone, somewhere is out of a job. An author meanwhile, permanently disgraced simply by a book title, executes a humiliating descent on the slopes of a dark Scottish loch..Jeff, take great care not to let this happen to you when your hour arrives. - Arcadia]

This is great shit right here. I love how sustained the gag is, over years and multiple posters. And I wonder how long it took for DiGaetani to get it. (If he has?)

5.0 out of 5 stars Something to dip into at leasure, 31 Jan 2008
Initially I had a hard time getting into Wagner's ring, no matter how much I pushed myself, I just couldn't slip into it. However, I found that slowly, after repeated attempts, Wagner's ring loosened up and permitted me the access I'd been seeking.

4.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Ring Piece, 24 April 2003
An excellent piece of work on Wagner's Ring, getting right to the bottom of this seminal work. To my mind, his writing is absolutely cock-on, and a great roadmap to anyone exploring the Ring for the first time. Wagner's Ring, whilst large and expansive, exerts tight control over all who are prepared to delve in there, and this book really does give it that final polish.

5.0 out of 5 stars Has been thoroughly thumbed., 18 Mar 2008
Penetrating Wagner's Ring is not for the fainthearted. The full depth of Wagner's ring cannot be explored unless fully relaxed. I found that Penetrating Wagner's Ring was much easier to do in the bath. Leaving myself a couple of hours free to relax, explore and probe made Penetrating Wagner's Ring a much more pleasurable experience.

Penetrating Wagner's "Ring"., 20 Jul 2004
By A Customer

I was disappointed to find that 'Penetrating Wagner's Ring' edited by John Louis DiGaetani, not was in fact a hitherto unknown part of Tolkin's 'Lord of the Rings'.
But the question still remains as to whether they were mates, or 'Just good freinds'?
The title of this book disturbs me. I will pray for you all this evening.

As Jeff points out, its incredible it goes on as long as it has. If I was the publisher, I'd have kicked out a revised copy within the second comment..

A bit more sexually expletive, but fun nonetheless.

Would have given Wolf Shirt 5 stars but now only 3 since the de-listing

Can only hope Jeff 'shops' your 'bitchin' badass mug into the shirt...then back to 5 stars.

You know, I have an RI shirt somewhere.

What the hell happened to my t-shirt..?

Those fecking Men in Black must have comfiscateded it..

Image

hey Jeff, you remember all the grief I gave you about doing an RI shirt based on that great Dali image?

You should still do it, man, come on!

Image

Screw the shirts I want an RI poster! Or even better, a coffee table book of your blog post art. That talent of yours goes way under-acknowledged.

Matter of fact.....
