Cool, Stefano. Congrats.

Well .... wow my tiny, beautiful daughter was born today (14th). Mum and her are both doing great, but now I'm home and the hospital is 50 km away and I miss her (well both of them) so much already. I was so close to sleeping on the floor of her mums room, but the hospital probably wouldn't approve, and I have some relos to email and animals to feed.

I think that was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced.

Great. Another Australian.

Just kidding.

Congrats and much love to your new little daughter and to you and yours, Joe.

The actual birthing part, the Elvis-has-left-the-building thingy, can be pretty wild. Congratulations, man.

Yeah, Stefano. I meant to hit you with a congrats too. But I was worrying that there were too many South Africans in the world at the time. (I really don't know what that means now that I wrote that, but promise it was a joke, just on you, not the awful historical situation and all)

Didn't mean to miss you at all. Welcome to Earth, little one. And love and peace to your family, amigo.

all the best to the little sheila....I admire you Joe, looking at all the lunacy going down at the moment becoming a parent seems even more of a blood-curdling responsibilty than it would be any other time....

I've never been more scared in my life. Helpless scared, cos it isn't me I'm scared for.

One of my best mates told me that would happen - he said "welcome to a world of worry."
