Oh, how bizarre. I had never heard that phrase before this very afternoon when my friend used it in describing the potential response of a retailer to her dissatisfaction with one of their products. Oh, oh, how odd. I grasped its meaning immediately, but indeed I had never heard it before in my life, even though I spent 15 years of my life working in retail.
