are pretty amazing, made me laugh. Just wanted to let you all know, as I can't reply in the thread out of meter and I can't be bothered to write any poems right this moment. :)

Some of you are doing it wrong tho. The Haiku lack seasonal references and some of the Limeriks don't have enough lines. :P

It's great stuff, and a nice relief.

Maybe it deserves a rule change: personal attacks are disallowed, unless they scan according to poetic convention.

Maybe so, but what the hell is going on? Now there's a sonnets only thread.

I'm gonna go post my one and only haiku. I don't think you can really write a haiku in english though, not strictly speaking, so we might have to loosen the conventions somewhat.
