Well, as the one who put that up: Yes of course. Or else Manhattan is called "the City," as in "I'm going into the City later," when you're already in Flushing or Park Slope. I hope no one's thinking that this thread is anything other than a place to play with a new search tool that has obvious limitations and is very easy to game into bogus results, and use it for jokes. Also, see what you might get out of it that approaches any standard of accuracy and salience of variables and hypothesis.
