If you ignore the realities of usage according to which Manhattan is commonly denoted by the phrase "New York," sure. Otherwise not so quantitative, I don't think.
Which is a shame, because it actually is for tools nowadays. But, you know. You can't just go around lending credence to whatever pleases you, while rejecting everything that doesn't as false on an a priori basis.
I mean, that shit's only fun until you've been robbed of every principle you ostensibly stand for while exponentially greater numbers of people all around you (as well as all over the world) are predictably slaughtered by the same powers that -- and you might want to be sitting down for this part -- are deflecting attention from themselves by covertly encouraging you to demonize a convenient and popular scapegoat at one and the same time as they overtly discourage it. All of which they're doing with that very same scapegoat's full knowledge and collusion, since the elites in both parties profit from that set-up.
So, you know. Everyone's a winner. With the exception of everyone. Go team.
