For 2 years in a row, the mysterious brandy -bringer has failed to show on Jan. 19, Edgar Allen Poe's birthday, at his grave in Baltimore. I PREDICT! Brandy will be there next Jan. 20! anybody wanna bet????

This is all news to me, but I'm finding it rather splendid. I'll be having a very BIG bash on the same day in 2013, it being the Saturday of the week of a tremendously significant birthday for myself, plus the 57th birthday of my dear, departed friend.

We should make a pool for this OP, and any number of conspiracy generated or otherwise mundane or interesting potentialities, just for fun.

Is there no one who lives in Baltimore who could take over the duty?

If not, all RI folk within the general radius of Seatown are welcome to bring brandy to my own party and toast with me to Poe!
