Hi banned,<br><br>I got the tallies by using the search function with usernames - and only searched "The Fire Pit", not the full message board.<br>And lo and behold - before this post you had 11!<br><br>I didn't award additional points for starting a thread, or to those who love the sound of their own keyboards clicking so contribute full-length novels, or for originality in being an ass.<br><br>And i'm an equal opportunity kind of person - no descrimination here intended by the word "flamer". You can piss elegantly or not, be a king or a queen, and any combination of these two you so desire! I chose the word because this is "The Fire Pit" and some have added more flames to this fire than others.<br><br>And I didn't search every username - tried to eyeball the threads and pick out the names I saw the most. So there may be others that have as many posts here as some of the ones I chose. <br><br>Before I get attacked, I should add the disclaimer that this was NOT a scientific experiment, it is for entertainment purposes only. There are NO sources to quote. This does not mean I believe in lizards or am anti-anything. Good point, antiaristo. I have never pulled it off myself, but I have seen it happen and I think making a simultaneous debut and exit is the trifecta of Internet message boards and should be recognized with extra points. These individuals should be called "noobuhbyes".<br><br>Another major board-poster achievement, which I also have never done but have seen, is the poster who brings staunch and even vitriolic opponents on a board together by being so wrongheaded that they set aside their ancient rivalry to both jump on the noob.<br><br>Of course, there's also the situation where the message board owner freaks out over something and becomes so irrational that all the posters quit to start their own board. Saw that one a couple of months ago and it wasn't pretty.<br><br><br><br> <p></p><i></i>
