Lunarose and Horatio Hellbop

They both, individually, asked me to delete or suspend their accounts this week. Lunarose because she was upset over what she regards as a ganging-up on Pierre d'Achoppement a few weeks ago in, I think, the Texas child care thread. Horatio Hellbop because he felt his recent contributions had been "clumsy" and contributed to negativity.

I pm'd both to better understand their reasons and to ask them to reconsider, but they insisted. I've suspended their accounts, and asked them to email me for reactivation if they change their mind.

I'm sorry, but that guy was reminding me of some of the things tkl wrote that got him banned. If Lunarose was incensed over people voicing objections to the type of crap he was spewing then maybe she's done us a favor.

I'm feeling bad for Horatio though. I can't think of anything I've seen from him that would contribute to negativity. Hell, we all go negative once in a while and have to vent a little. I wish he felt safer here.

I know. I told him it happens to me too sometimes, but he said he possesses "a hair trigger mentality at times and am not sure that a self imposed ban would work." Hope it's just a temporary break.
