Yeah. I spent a few minutes yesterday attempting to trap him into a bannable offense, without any real success. Once he began accusing Joe Hillshoist of anti-semitism, I really had to reassess his usefulness here. I honestly can't think of a more even-handed poster on the entire board than Joe.

This line-walking between legitimate criticism of the Israeli state and anti-semitism is certainly one of the most difficult issues on this forum, and in this environment generally.

Was the conversation with Joe the reason for the suspension?

Peregrine posted an alert on nathan's "Obama is a secret muslim hitler" regarding 17, so I responded to her. I said I didn't think t was really possible to derail that particular thread, and that the OP was a direct attempt to get a rise out of 17 which eventually worked.
