I don't get it either, but then, as you may know from my comments in the filedactivity thread here in modland, my opinion of Delta Dawn is not such that I would ride to her immediate rescue. And I thought we were allowed to call each other trolls, as long as it's done in a civil manner. Seems like we'd have to shut down about half the discussions otherwise. Good question, though.

Besides, Willow was also nice enough to give 82_28 a piece of her mind, so I just let it roll on, roll on...

Filedactivity, Cordelia and Delta Dawn all have signed off, gone, because of the goings on in Saloon thread. I have to say, Willow's comments weren't particularly egregious. I guess some airing out of the MC group might have actually happened here, but on the other hand, the whole thing stinks. The timing is crazy. They all quit in a day? And Delta Dawn doesn't know who filedactivity really claims to be?

Cordelia and Delta Dawn came online within a week of each other in October of 2009, during the Bryant book discussions, which is now being discussed as a fraud over at dreamsend333.

It's all too coincidental. I'm not convinced by a longshot that they were on the up and up.

Think you're right, 'cuda.

The whole thing looks ugly, but I bet the truth is uglier.

Alright, it looks like the mystery of Deltadawn, fildeactivity & Cordelia is solved, they are all friends. And I can understand fildeactivity's being upset at his mum being bullied off the forum. To be quite honest, I very much like Willow but I think that might have been bad judgement on her part in regards to Delta. I've no idea the crap & attacks that Willow has gone through, but I think that was unfair what happened to Delta. What to do?

Haven't looked at the board yet, but I just read a pm from filedactivity saying he was going to lay it out. I dunno, but I'm not going to assume necessarily it's the truth he's laying out.

Okay, the family's "high navy intelligence" - not buying. I'm not even sold there's a family. and Willow "has driven off survivors and others who could give you guys some information that you have been desperately seeking." Dangling tantalizing withheld "information" before us strikes me as the tactic of a bullshitter.

I've suspended filedactivity's account.

I keep wanting to ask, "but...butbut, what if we're wrong?" Is it possible they are genuine? I dunno, I'd feel bad if they were for real. But again could it be some more weird arg stuff? Gah, sometimes my head hurts from this....

Totally not buying into this, as would be expected of me. Is there any evidence that this is for real at all?

Heard nothing from filedactivity.

Having an interesting correspondence with krysos, though. I'll fill you in later.

I'm interested too, although I've sorta been mia as a mod. Sorry guys, been so busy with our woodworking biz. I quite like Krysos & hopefully it's a good interesting correspondence. I didn't ever get a bad feeling from Delta, to be honest, although she seemed scattered when she posted, she seemed sincere. Just my two bits. Happy Canadian Thanksgiving, by the way! I'm making slow-roasted black mission figs with balsamic & honey.

Yeah, Krysos has convinced me he was caught unawares in the RI/kenoma crossfire. Unfortunately, something screwed up when I deactivated his account, and he needs to re-register.
