I've been getting Statewatch's stuff, they're really outstanding on the legal mechanisms within the EU enabling surveillance and the companies making hay out of the increasing level of surveillance and domestic control. It's a really admirable outfit.

They're having a gig in London on the 25th, try and make it if you're up there (and check out their research if you're interested in this aspect of our predicament (as well you should be)):
