Backing up the forum, remind me how?

I keep getting myself suspended, and though I will do everything humanly possible to avoid doing that again, I would still like to have a backup of the board, including my private messages and any other members-only substance. The admins here presumably use some kind of script to back up the board regularly, and if that's something I can do as well please inform me how, thanks. But I remember about five years ago requesting instructions on how to save a copy of the whole board, and getting the instructions, and doing it (it was massive! needed a flash drive with many a gig!) and it had something to do with "save target as" if I remember correctly. If anyone can tell me the best way for a non-admin to download the whole board, that would be immensely appreciated.

Bump.

Both mods I private-messaged a link to here, read the message.
Fellas, you figuring out how to re-locate the instructions posted 5 years ago?

:)

...

I agree that it is important that the information on these forums is widely distributed.

I'd like a back up myself.

FWIW... I've asked this several times without a reponse or reply. Kinda was the crux of why I don't engage more. Oh, well..
