when trump calls a black woman a dog he is using the words of a White Supremacist....but let's not get angry about that
we all know what a female dog is right?
when trump uses the n***er word ....let's just ignore it.....all the noise!
call me old fashioned but a racist still makes me angry...I suppose women and blacks are just too sensitive in the age of trump....stealing brown children from their brown parents is such an annoyance but they are brown so no biggy for a white male racist can't we go along to get along? If only that black woman would have stayed in the back of the bus there would be no necessity to call her a dog today
As strange as it may sound or for me to say it, if he would have just said "what a bitch". We have all done that. It might have been less caustic, but it would make him sound in some form of submission. So he used DOG. To call someone a dog in his age group is to either call a woman ugly or to beat your actual dog you have tethered on a leash in the back yard or something unclean or something to eat in some cultures. Dude is a true blooded racist. America really needs to come to terms with itself if we can allow this bullshit to go on. Words are weird that way. Innit weird? In this instance "dog" is absolutely worse than "bitch" because of "race" and "gender". Some force needs to get rid of this fucking cancer somehow.

Alex Jones, the right-wing conspiracy theorist heading Infowars, compared his recent shut-out from major social media and streaming platforms to racial segregation during the 1950s.
Jones and other Infowars staff have been traveling the gamut of grief since major tech platforms started denying service to Jones on account of the vicious smears, ludicrous conspiracy theories, violent rhetoric and endless disinformation flowing out of Infowars on a daily basis. Infowars has been removed from Apple, YouTube, Facebook, Stitcher, Spotify, Pintrest, YouPorn, LinkedIn, MailChimp, Vimeo, and more. Since receiving the bans, Infowars has claimed it is receiving millions of new listeners and viewers but, one week later, we can’t find anything that indicates that to be true.
As the list of services and platforms denied Jones and Infowars continues to grow, the tone among Jones and his cohorts has become increasingly desperate and hyperbolic. Last night, during a broadcast on Periscope—the streaming service owned by Twitter, and one of the few places Infowars is still readily accessible—Jones compared receiving the boot online to the Jim Crow racial discrimination protested during the Civil Rights era.
“They don’t have a right to do this. This is discriminatory, like not letting black people eat at the lunch counters or ride on this bus. This is evil. This is wrong. Patriots and conservatives and nationalists are being persecuted while the left tries to use internet giant systems to bully us,” Jones said.
Earlier in the broadcast, Jones showed off correspondence he had with a lawyer with whom he claims to be working to produce a report for President Trump about internet censorship, which he has mentioned in prior episodes.
Guns and Butter has been taken off the KPFA airwaves by the General Manager of the station.
I received on Wednesday, August 8th, before Guns and Butter would have aired on KPFA, the following email from the General Manager: Bonnie,
KPFA will cease broadcasting “Guns and Butter” effective immediately.
We’ve received an avalanche of negative calls and emails from listeners about your uncritically airing of views by a holocaust denier, climate denial and casting the Parkland mass shooting survivors as crisis actors. As steward of our airways, we can’t defend this content to our listeners.
Sincerely,
Quincy McCoy Kevin Cartwright General Manager Program Director This was followed by removal of the entire KPFA broadcast archives of Guns and Butter, down the memory hole.
KPFA defines itself as "Free Speech Radio" and this reaction is a form of censorship. There was no discussion of these claims, nor any provision for due process or community involvement before these actions were taken. If you are as taken aback as we are, as many of our listeners have already expressed to us by email, you can have your voice heard in this matter.
August 2, 2018 Taibbi: Beware the Slippery Slope of Facebook Censorship The social network is too big and broken to properly function, and these “fixes” will only create more problems Matt Taibbi
Tuesday, August 14, 2018 Censoring Alex Jones Dmitry Orlov
Something happened recently that made me feel like a bit of an endangered species. A set of transnational internet companies, including Google, Facebook, Apple and several others, all synchronously removed content belonging to infowars.com, which is run by Alex Jones. Such synchronicity is a sure sign of conspiracy—something that Alex Jones harps on a lot...
File under: stories that should come from the onion, but don't.
Sorry, that title made me laugh out loud. Facebook Censorship. My like button doesn't work!
The social network is working just fine, doing exactly what it was designed to do.
Taibbi, in a trance. I have an idea, Taibbi. Try getting off social media and looking around. Big world out here. You can even pretend like you're rebelling against your evil overlord. "America learned to stop worrying..." No, Matt. America didn't put Zuckerberg in charge of everything. He's just in charge of your brain, and that's your own doing.
Anyway, alexa stats for Jones are back to where they were, 250k views per day. That extra 100k a day spike of curiosity seekers died down. Shows over, I guess. Even free Rolling Stone advertising couldn't generate more interest. I guess you really can't yell fire in a crowded theatre. Some things never change.
Because what's the argument, here? Let Jones talk, he's just a harmless clown? Well, I do find it difficult to argue with that. The numbers don't lie.
No, I know, this is a free speech issue. Free speech on the internet. Free speech on facebook. Gotta watch that virtual slippery slope.
Both his words and manner of speech seemed at first totally unfamiliar to me, and yet somehow they stirred memories - as an actor might be stirred by the forgotten lines of some role he had played far away and long ago.
I thought this belongs here. I also think the first "NY Times Pick" comment I read says it all and why this shit is imperative. Some people simply do not play nice online. I really do not see this as a "free speech" or "censorship" issue at all. For one, I can still find "Fuck the Police" on Youtube. Anyway here is the comment:
Social media has become the cancer that it is primarily because the hate speech codes are so rarely enforced by the companies that are raking in millions from the information that they have gleaned from all of us.Obviously, I am in favor of anonymity online, but it might also be useful to expose the real identities of people who threaten women with gang rape.
For Female Candidates, Harassment and Threats Come Every Day
The abuse already common in many women’s everyday lives can be amplified in political campaigns, especially if the candidate is also a member of a minority group.
Four days before the 2016 congressional primary in her Northern California district, Erin Schrode woke up to tens of thousands of messages. They were everywhere: in her email, on her cellphone, on her Facebook and her Twitter and her Instagram.
“All would laugh with glee as they gang raped her and then bashed her bagel eating brains in,” one said.
“It’d be amusing to see her take twenty or so for 8 or 10 hours,” another said, again suggesting gang-rape.
It has been two years since Ms. Schrode, now 27, lost her Democratic primary and moved on. But the abuse — a toxic sludge of online trolling steeped in misogyny and anti-Semitism that also included photoshopped images of her face stretched into a Nazi lampshade and references to “preheating the ovens” — never stopped.
“She needs to stop moving her hands around like a crackhead,” said one tweet this year. “Another feminazi’s plans foiled!” said another.
The 2018 election cycle has brought a surge of female candidates. A record number of women ran or are running for the Senate, the House and governorships, according to the Center for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University. Many more are running for state legislatures and local offices. And in the process, they are finding that harassment and threats, already common for women, can be amplified in political races — especially if the candidate is a member of a minority group.

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey personally intervened to prevent other executives from booting Infowars founder Alex Jones and white nationalist Richard Spencer off the social media platform, The Wall Street Journal reports. Sources cited by the Journal on Monday said Dorsey has at times frustrated other executives and staffers by jumping in at the last minute to make decisions on whether or not controversial figures should be suspended. Last month, Dorsey reportedly told one person he’d overruled a staff decision to expel Jones from the platform. Jones was ultimately hit with a seven-day suspension for posting inflammatory content, but Dorsey had defended the company’s decision not to ban him prior to that. In another case in November 2016, Dorsey overturned a decision to ban Spencer for operating too many different accounts, according to a source cited in the report. Claims of Dorsey’s personal intervention in content decisions—which Twitter dismissed as “completely and totally false”—come just days before a hearing before the House Commerce Committee, where the Twitter CEO will be grilled on whether the platform is censoring conservative figures. President Trump has railed against social media in recent weeks, claiming a “dangerous” censorship campaign is underway to suppress conservative voices.
The American Herald Tribune is a site that escaped my notice until now; it features a range of writers like Peter Dale Scott, Robert Reich, William Blum and many more.
September 12 ,2018 BY AHT Staff Alternative Media under Attack: American Herald Tribune another Target on the List Facebook Removes American Herald Tribune Page
Alternative media is under attack. It seems that the US government and its allies do not find it suffice to control mainstream media, and is, in fact, desperate to shut down any alternative media that speaks the truth. Two weeks ago, the Gmail of the alternative media outlet, American Herald Tribune was shut down without prior notice. Google stopped serving ads on the website. Suddenly afterward the website’s Facebook page was shut down (not so surprising! Read the Washington Post op-ed by Mark Zuckerberg and it should remove any ambiguity).
As with similar cases for other alternative media, the American Herald Tribune team should expect to see their Twitter account down anytime soon. This is not the first case of online “aggression” towards alternative media outlets. Alternative media is under serious attack.
Freshly, the prominent TeleSur program The Empire Files was shut down as a consequence of US sanctions imposed on Venezuela. Meanwhile, Facebook and other social media giants have been censoring and concealing content that doesn't fit the corporate media narrative and exposes the censorship of mainstream media.
A Facebook page containing pro-Palestinian posts has been taken down by the social media giant, of course only one of a string of pages that have been shut down. The closure of the Occupy London page, which has garnered more than 150k followers since its opening in 2011, follows the “continual removal of posts related to Palestine”, an Occupy London spokesperson had said.
According to an Intercept report, of some 158 requests made by Tel Aviv to Facebook (over just four months) for the removal of Palestinian content, 95 percent were granted.
Mark Zuckerberg himself acknowledged that Facebook has become little more than a vehicle for US government censorship and Western propaganda.
Zuckerberg admitted in an op-ed he wrote for the Washington Post that “protecting democracy” is an “arms race” and reaffirmed Facebook’s commitment to winning. Frankly speaking, Mark admitted that Facebook and social media outlets are weapons of hegemony.
The US is not only launching an economic war and hard military war against states here and there on the planet, but has also decided to continue its war in the virtual world, all taking place amid international community silence.
August 29 ,2018 BY Craig Murray Facebook Censorship, Mad Ben Nimmo and the Atlantic Council
Facebook has deleted all of my posts from July 2017 to last week because I am, apparently, a Russian Bot. For a while I could not add any new posts either, but we recently found a way around that, at least for now. To those of you tempted to say “So what?”, I would point out that over two thirds of visitors to my website arrive via my posting of the articles to Facebook and Twitter. Social media outlets like this blog, which offer an alternative to MSM propaganda, are hugely at the mercy of these corporate gatekeepers.
Facebook’s plunge into censorship is completely open and admitted, as is the fact it is operated for Facebook by the Atlantic Council – the extreme neo-con group part funded by NATO and whose board includes serial war criminal Henry Kissinger, Former CIA Heads Michael Hayden and Michael Morrell, and George Bush’s chief of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, among a whole list of horrors.
The staff are worse than the Board. Their lead expert on Russian bot detection is an obsessed nutter named Ben Nimmo, whose fragile grip on reality has been completely broken by his elevation to be the internet’s Witchfinder-General. Nimmo, grandly titled “Senior Fellow for Information Defense at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab”, is the go-to man for Establishment rubbishing of citizen journalists, and as with Joseph McCarthy or Matthew Clarke, one day society will sufficiently recover its balance for it to be generally acknowledged that this kind of witch-hunt nonsense was not just an aberration, but a manifestation of the evil it claimed to fight.
There is no Establishment cause Nimmo will not aid by labeling its opponents as Bots. This from the Heraldnewspaper two days ago, where Nimmo uncovers the secret web of Scottish Nationalist bots that dominate the internet, and had the temerity to question the stitch-up of Alex Salmond.
Nimmo’s proof? 2,000 people had used the hashtag #Dissolvetheunion on a total of 10,000 tweets in a week. That’s five tweets per person on average. In a week. Obviously a massive bot-plot, eh?
When Ben’s great expose for the Herald was met with widespread ridicule, he doubled down on it by producing his evidence – a list of the top ten bots he had uncovered in this research. Except that they are almost all, to my certain knowledge, not bots but people. But do not decry Ben’s fantastic forensic skills, for which NATO and the CIA fund the Atlantic Council. Ben’s number one suspect was definitely a bot. He had got the evil kingpin. He had seen through its identity despite its cunning disguise. That disguise included its name, IsthisAB0T, and its profile, where it called itself a bot for retweets on Independence. Thank goodness for Ben Nimmo, or nobody would ever have seen through that evil, presumably Kremlin-hatched, plan.
No wonder the Atlantic Council advertise Nimmo and his team as “Digital Sherlocks”
Nimmo’s track record is simply appalling. In this report for the Atlantic Council website, he falsely identified British pensioner @Ian56789 as a “Russian troll farm”, which led to Ian being named as such by the British government, and to perhaps the most surreal Sky News interview of all time. Perhaps still more remarkably, Nimmo searches for use of the phrase “cui bono?” in reference to the Skripal and fake Douma chemical weapons attacks. Nimmo characterises use of the phrase cui bono as evidence of pro-Assad and pro-Kremlin bots and trolls – he really does. Most people would think to consider cui bono indicates a smattering more commonsense than Nimmo himself displays.
https://youtu.be/EJogpc3Uy34
It is at least obvious cui bono from Nimmo’s witchfinding – the capacious, NATO and CIA stuffed pockets of Ben Nimmo himself. That Facebook allows this utterly discredited neo-conservative charlatan the run of its censorship operations needs, given Facebook’s pivotal role in social media intercourse, to concern everybody. The freedom of the internet is under fundamental attack.
