Des activistes en ligne ont-ils cherché à amplifier depuis l’étranger la colère, bien réelle, des Gilets jaunes français ? C’est ce que cherche à savoir le Secrétariat général de la défense et de la sécurité nationale (SGDSN).
Cet organisme dépendant du Premier ministre coordonne actuellement les vérifications des services de renseignement français, et notamment de la DGSI, pour faire la lumière sur une possible ingérence étrangère dans l’activité des réseaux sociaux. Les investigations portent sur les conditions dans lesquelles certains comptes ont été créés ainsi que sur l’activité suspecte de sites démultipliant l’information et le commentaire de manière automatisée.
Une ingérence russe ?
Le journal britannique The Times, se fondant sur une analyse à laquelle il a eu accès, évoque ce samedi le rôle de « centaines de comptes de réseaux sociaux liés à la Russie » ayant « cherché à amplifier les manifestations de rue qui ont secoué la France ». De source proche de l’enquête française, on se montre cependant prudent.
Si l’intérêt des médias russes pour ce phénomène social et politique apparaît évident, avec une couverture très critique de la gestion de la crise par le gouvernement français, « aucun élément objectif », selon un bon connaisseur du dossier, ne permet d’établir un lien technique entre l’effervescence sur les réseaux sociaux et les services russes. Pour l’heure, la justice n’est pas saisie.
La fuite, vendredi soir, d’une bonne partie du dispositif de sécurité de la préfecture de police de Paris, dont plusieurs documents ont été mis en ligne sur un forum alternatif, ne serait pas liée. Celle-ci fait l’objet d’investigations judiciaires confiées à la PJ parisienne par le parquet de Paris.
