An explosion occurred at Mozhaysky Military-Space Academy in St. Petersburg. The site has been used to train GRU including some of the Fancy Bear hackers. 4 injuries reported
A second smaller explosion occurred at the Institute of Microbiology in Pushkin also in St Petersburg
The second explosion is being investigated and hasn’t been confirmed
