The launch issue of Cool Player, (a poker, backgammon sports book magazine) relates a story on page 10 regarding a VC (victor chandler photographer).

The VC snapper was going about his business working on the firms ad campaign featuring London buses, when he was surrounded by the mets 'finest'. To his horror he was given a stop and search order on suspicion of potential disorder to parliment property and cited as a potential menace to the Government.

With police fingers resting on triggers the photographer managed to splutter ' i'm working for VC casino, for Victor Chandler, call the agency''.

The Scum.... er sorry the met duly did just that and were thankfully persuded it wasant necessary to clap the poor fellow in irons this time.

Mind how ya'll go now.

(This happened on election day) so what would be the response today from the Mets 'finest'?

I am a little concerned over the Mets '' a potential menace to the government' interpretation, but surely a sign of the road they are taking.

Perhaps the Met have some 'intelligence/dunce agency information? Do the 'terrorists' hate My freedom to travel on red London buses now? Maybe we can all have ID cards quicker now so it will stop these terrorists hating my freedom?
