Make sure Arabs meet in a location where you can get a good mug shot of them all on CCTV which you can later endlessly repeat to drooling masses on television.<br><br>10) Sit back and enjoy as Blair and his minions grandstand in front of television cameras about staying the course in the war on terror. BTW The CCTV is a good point. After all the London Underground is filled with cameras. So no terrorist would be stupid enough to bomb it, because you are caught on at least 10 cameras. There are a lot easier targets which don't have a camera on each corner! <p></p><i></i>

yeah...I read last year that London is the most heavily monitored city in the world in terms of traffic and "public sector" video cameras. why aren't we seeing video footage of "the bombers, caught in the act!!"? <p></p><i></i>
