There is another link to a Fox News clip where a commentator suggests that Al-Qaeda set up the Brazilian man who was murdered in London.<br><br>Paraphrase: Say some operatives met up with him. They gave him some baggy clothes, something suspicious. Told him if the cops did anything, run. Then, the guy gets caught.
