MKULTRA survivor Lynne Moss-Sharman talks about experiments she underwent beginning at the age of 3 years old. The producer has added references at end to "Monarch". There has not been proven to be a bonafide CIA program by that name. In addition the references added at end to remote-influencing technologies are not particularly in line with Lynne's testimony, more reflecting the concerns of Marshall, the producer.
