Highlights of the footage from the training for the flight, and the flight itself was used in James May on The Moon, but was shown fully in this programme.[26] This made him the highest flying person, along with the pilot, at that time, after the crew of the International Space Station.[27].

Miracle technology could allow people to transmit their brainwaves and speak to each other mind-to-mind. Scientists are working to create computers that read thoughts to find terrorists, and machines to scan our minds like thumbprints--causing some to wonder if "thought theft" could become the crime of the future.

The state of the art as deemed allowable for the masses to digest and understand. Watching some of the interviews with the Mil Intel scientist types, I could have sworn they looked like they were inwardly laughing at the oh-gosh narrator, knowing the tech is miles ahead of this shit.

Still, interesting.

Bosses at RAI rejected an ad for Videocracy, featuring scantily-clad women and statistics claiming Italy has a low press freedom rating, insisting it is "offensive" to the leader's reputation.
