TSA ejects Oceanside man from airport for refusing security check
By Robert J. Hawkins

Listen to the audio of John Tyner's encounter with the TSA.

Originally published November 14, 2010 at 12:07 a.m., updated November 14, 2010 at 12:43 a.m.

SAN DIEGO — John Tyner won't be pheasant hunting in South Dakota with his father-in-law any time soon.

Tyner was simultaneously thrown out of San Diego International Airport on Saturday morning for refusing to submit to a security check and threatened with a civil suit and $10,000 fine if he left.

And he got the whole thing on his cell phone. Well, the audio at least.

The 31-year-old Oceanside software programmer was supposed to leave from Lindbergh Field on Saturday morning and until a TSA agent directed him toward one of the recently installed full-body scanners, Tyner seemed to be on his way.

Tyner balked.

He'd been reading about the scanners and didn't like them for a number of reasons, ranging from health concerns to "a huge invasion of privacy." He'd even checked the TSA website which indicated that San Diego did not have the machines, he said in a phone interview Saturday night.

"I was surprised to see them," said Tyner.

He also did something that may seem odd to some, manipulative to others but fortuitous to plenty of others for whom Tyner is becoming something of a folk hero: Tyner turned on his cell phone's video camera and placed it atop the luggage he sent through the x-ray machine.

He may not be the first traveler tossed from an airport for security reasons but he could well be the first to have the whole experience captured on his cell phone.

During the next half-hour, his cell phone recorded Tyner refusing to submit to a full body scan, opting for the traditional metal scanner and a basic "pat down" -- and then refusing to submit to a "groin check" by a TSA security guard.

He even told the guard, "You touch my junk and I'm going to have you arrested."

That threat triggered a code red of sorts as TSA agents, supervisors and eventually the local police gravitated to the spot where the reluctant traveler stood in his stocking feet, his cell phone sitting in the nearby bin (which he wasn't allowed to touch) picking up the audio.

According to TSA when the controversial body scanners were installed, travelers would have the option to request walking through the traditional metal detector it would be accompanied by a "pat down."

Why Tyner was targeted for a secondary pat down is unknown.

"I'm 6-foot-1, white with short brown hair," he said Saturday night. "I don't look like a terrorist."

Was he singled out for "punishment"?

Before Tyner was told he was getting a "groin check," a TSA agent is heard on the recording telling another agent "I had a problem with the passenger I was patting down. So I backed down. He was obnoxious."

Tyner is sure he was talking about someone else. On the whole, with a single final exception, he found the agents "professional if standoffish."

He did marvel that while his own situation was being deliberated, many passengers passed through the metal detector and on to their flights with no pat-down. "One guy even set off the alarm and they sent him through again without a pat-down," he said.

Once he threatened to have the TSA agent arrested though, events turned surreal.

A supervisor is heared re-explaining the groin check process to Tyner then adding "If you're not comfortable with that we can escort you back out and you don't have to fly today."

Tyner responded "OK, I don't understand how a sexual assault can be made a condition of my flying."

"This is not considered a sexual assault," replied the supervisor, calmly.

"It would be if you were not the government," said Tyner.

"By buying your ticket you gave up a lot of rights," countered the TSA supervisor.

"I think the government took them away after 9/11,' said Tyner.

"OK," came the reply.

More senior TSA administrators showed up, and one San Diego police officer. Tyner's personal information was taken down and then he was escorted out of the security area. After he put his shoes back.

His father-in-law, a 40 year retired deputy sheriff can be heard pleading in the back ground for some common sense.

Tyner went over to the American Airlines counter where an agent, to his amazement, refunded the price of his non-refundable ticket.

Before he could leave however he was again surrounded by TSA employees who told him he couldn't leave the security area. One, who kept insisting he was trying to help Tyner, told him that if he left he would be subject to a civil suit and a $10,000 fine.

Tyner asked if the agents who escorted him from the security area would also be sued and fined.

The same man who told Tyner he would be sued and fined if he left, also insisted that he did not tell him he couldn't leave.

So Tyner left.

Two hours later he wrote the whole experience up on his blog and posted the audio files to YouTube.

You could say it has gone viral.

By Saturday evening, 70,000 people had accessed the entry and 488 comments were posted to the blog item. Those comments are divided over Tyner's experience. "Only 5 percent say I'm an idiot," he said.

Far more applaud him for "standing up" to the security forces. Many more people share his disdain for how airport security is conducted.

"People generally are angry about what is going on," said Tyner, "but they don't know how to assert their rights....there is a general feeling that TSA is ineffective, out of control, over-reaching."

If Tyner has touched some undercurrent of resentment, he doesn't want to be the guy who leads the charge to overturn the machines. "I'm not so sure I'm the right person to start a movement," he said.

If he isn't, he can sound like he's auditioning for the job.

Tyner points out that every terrorist act on an airplane has been halted by passengers. "It's time to stop treating passengers like criminals and start treating them as assets," he said.

Well, OK. I applaud the resistance to the latest TSA humiliation, but WTF does this mean? That it's OK to subject shorter, darker Americans to "sexual assault"?

This type of security search seems to be working well in averting airplane terrorist plots, but what about incidents such as the 1993 WTC bombing, or the Alfred P. Murrah Building bombing? We desperately need to implement groin checking against a wider array of potential threats to public safety and homeland security. Groin check stations should be utilized at all bridge tolls and entrances to parking lots of buildings which can be assessed as possible targets. In fact, I see groin checking as the next growth industry, a novel way to lower unemployment, as well as the benchmark for safe travel and peace of mind throughout this country. I'm for it. I'm thinking of checking my own groin right now, just to be safe.

Good for John Tyner.

"I'm 6-foot-1, white with short brown hair," he said Saturday night. "I don't look like a terrorist."

I'm glad Mr. Tyner refused these audacious invasions of privacy, but the description he offers of a non-terrorist actually sounds a lot like Timothy McVeigh.

According to We Won't Fly.com, November 24th is "National Opt-Out Day," an organized protest of what they call the "porno-scanners." (Also the biggest travel day of the year, I think.)

Among other things, here's what they're saying:

The Plan is Simple

    1. If you absolutely, positively must fly, opt out of the scanners. Do it to protect your health and privacy.

    2. If you can avoid flying, don’t fly. Hit the airlines in the pocketbook until the scanners and gropers are gone. Make the airlines work for us.

    3. Raise holy hell. Register your disapproval of the scanners and gropers to your airline, your hotel and all government officials who claim to work for you. Educate your community.

I'm sure the John Tyner story will give them a bit more visibility.

Well, I finally finished. It took longer than I thought it would, because at first I was set on opting out of the search. But after I threatened myself with some pretty stiff fines, I decided I might as well submit.

And I was surprisingly thorough, so I'd have to say I'm clear for just about any air travel situation which I might find myself in, at least for a short while. All in all, I think we can chalk up another small but meaningful victory here in the G-WOT.

Undoubtedly Mr. Tyner's name has now been added to the "No-Fly" list. Maybe it's time he bought his own plane. Amerika the beautiful.

You better watch out
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
TSA is coming to town
They're making a list
And checking it twice;
Gonna find out Who's naughty and nice
TSA is coming to town
They see you when you're sleeping
They know when you're awake
They know if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!
O! You better watch out!
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
TSA is coming to town
TSA is coming to town

This is pure doublebind. The media is simultaneously breaking news whilst feigning outrage and INVESTIGATION 7 TEAMS hot on the case of the motherfucking empire which they refuse to see in all of it's rotten, fetid glory which is contained within every new . And it happens just at the time to get as many people there are to EXPERIENCE it as possible. "They" understand the power of the meme and the viral idea. They're getting better. No matter how hard they try though, they will never be able to emulate what humanity simply does on its own. This is why "it" has always depended on murder, threats, assassinations, media perception of which and economic monopoly. There was perhaps a number of foreseeables for them which they didn't plan for, however they have perfected the ability to profit and control that which one would think was out of their hands. Personally, I never believed the "incompetent" meme about bush. It led my thought experiments right back to the viral sources of the claim. Ultimately, it led me to finally realize that it truly is Central Casting at work.

They're going to make Central Casting appear to be hidden, while in plain sight for some. They're going to give us terms like "rabbit holes" and we will think we are hot on the trail. But we won't be, because we're chasing the wrong thing. The chase will end, once they put a stop to it and assume control -- complete totalitarian control. As shit devolves and the investor class begins to see the open world they once enjoyed and felt safe in fall apart, they will begin to clamor for a solution. Enter the priming of a mind controlled motherfucker such as this Beck retard who just creates enough buzz to make the fucking meme current. Negative or positive personal views of Beck are one in the same.

This could very well be a well placed psy-op. The key in the video is the intercom voices all of us take for granted when we go to the airport, not the groping. It is the droning voices we hear when we have to get a $4.00 orange juice or in my case, get fucking drunk when I'm at an airport and time shit where I can have one last smoke before I go through security. It's the pomp, the workaday, official voices they pipe into the places.
There is no me. There is no you. There is all. There is no you. There is no me. And that is all. A profound acceptance of an enormous pageantry. A haunting certainty that the unifying principle of this universe is love. -- Propagandhi

Muslim Terrorist in Hijab Forces Catholic Nun to Get Full TSA Aiport Body Grope, Scan

November 15, 2010 by Jack Gould

The Muslims Have Won

Muslim Terrorists Force Christians, Catholics to Get Full TSA Aiport Body Scans

A Muslim dressed in a ridiculous hijab forces a Catholic nun, morally dressed in her habit of purity, to undergo a full body scan in which her genitals and decency must be probed by Arab hands, under Obama law.The Muslims are still fighting back against the Crusades. They had a taste of Christian blood during their evil reign over decent people, during the terrible, horrendous days of the Moor Empire. Under Muslim rule, Christian men were beaten and beheaded, just due to faith.

Christian women and children were ravaged in every way possible. The Muslims laughed with delight and vowed an eternity of such antics. From that point and until now, their carnivorous Muslim palates have had a taste for Christian innocence; the desolation of everything good and righteous about mankind.
It is no surprise that America has been the biggest target for new age terrorists. Since the fall of the the Franks and the Holy Roman Empire, deep below in hell the likes of Imad al-Din Zangi and Ayubid Sultan Al-Kamil have whispered searing Arabian jihads of fear into the ears of Satan. “الراحة قط ضد أكب ممالك مسيحية أو فقدوا كل ما يمكن” – “Never rest against the greatest Christian kingdoms, or all shall be lost!”

The first great attack against America was 9/11, then next the election of Barack Hussein Obama, who steeled his Muslim faith and hatred for Christian America and our nation’s Constitution in his Persian madrassa schools. Be warned! Obama is weakening the rights of all Americans, so the Arab council of Saud and Sharia laws of hadith can invade our land and right into your home. Look at the image that starts this article and feel the fear race in your heart. An innocent Catholic nun, a mother to some and sister to others, is forced to submit to an Arab body scanner.

How is it that the very people who attacked America on 9/11, are now forcing Americans — true Americans by virtue of Christian faith — to submit to these horrors. Look at the hand placement of the woman who is wearing a Muslim hijab, a sign of submission to Muslim law and therefore a declaration of hate and death to all Americans. She is groping the nun in her private areas, upon and below the suprapubic regions. She does this dressed in Islamic garb, shrouded in the spirit of over 1,000 year’s worth of anti-Western rhetoric, wars and hatred.

The Muslims vowed to never let the children of God find rest. Even as you read of this atrocity, Ahmadinejad trains more missiles upon the holy land of Jerusalem. Middle East Arabs still dream of the day in 2001, when they stole to the streets to sing, dance and celebrate after they boarded planes and flew the airborne missiles into the heart of America on 9/11. Obama is now fighting the heady, academic war. He fights not directly with a heated akinaka, as did his Muslim forefathers who used these daggers to slaughter all Christians during the Muslim expansions in years before, but rather he fights with pen and paper. He fights with law and with the conniving words of the modern media.

Obama and “Big Sis” are demanding all Americans submit to new TSA law, despite religious beliefs. They are hiring Muslims and even potential homegrown terrorists to these posts. Look at the horrors another young man faced. John Tyner is a 31-year-old software engineer from San Diego. After a hard week of work and contributing to the American economy, he wanted to simply go on a hunting trip with his father. He wanted to board an airplane of which he used his money to purchase a ticket.

A TSA agent confronted Tyner before he boarded the plane. Tyner was told he was going to have his groin and buttocks groped, twice. Tyner said okay, but let the agent know, “If you touch my junk, I am going to have you arrested.” The result? The US government is taking Tyner to court and is fining him $10,000.
Any American who refuses a body scan or takes objection to being fondled by Obama’s TSA agents now faces court and a $10,000 fine. Tyner also did not get to take his flight and may be banned from flying on any plane in America.

This is future the Muslim conglomerate has in place for America. These offenses against our nation are the very reason we must get the Obama administration out of office. These are the reasons we must weaken the resolve of terrorists, even if we must use our greatest might against the likes of Iran, Venezuela and associated dissenters against our culture of freedom for humanity.
